Great and fast services

They ask you to stay home all day to recive your package, after 7 hours they say they not coming today, and ask if i can stay home all day tomorrow........
wwwhat a way to not care about peoples time.
the package is even in the same city as me, but they have no drivers to deliver it what a joke.

Even asked if i can just go pick it up my self, (literally do there job for them) they said maybe, they will let me know if its possible i just have to sit here and wait 1-5 hours until they figure out if its possible(should be very very simple)??????

Dont ever use UPS unless you want to pay money so they can waste your time.

I chose home delivery and they delivered at a pickup point, 30 minutes walking from where I live. What is the point of sending a customer sms with delivery option, if you dont respect the customer's choice. I have been home all day and when I called to ask for the reason why this wasn't delivered to me, I was told an attempt was made which was completely false. Lazy drivers who dont want to get out of their car do deliver and just take all the packages to a pickup point.

Terrible delivery service. Delivered late and I had no option to change delivery.

The package has not been delivered to the agreed place
The package was delivered on the wrong day.
The package was not attempted to be delivered, we were at home.
it is therefore a lie when UPS writes that it has been delivered attempted
Totally unacceptable and lousy service

If I put my package on an anthill trusting that the little guys will deliver it exactly where it needs to go in a pristine condition... it will still be a better chance than trusting UPS to do it.

Once you ask them to do their job, you know they will take your money and punch you in the face while think "yeah, this is exactly what I'm paid to do"

If I could give zero start that would be exactly what UPS.dk deserve. Absolutely horrible service.
Customer support is rude and useless, they are like robots who are not trying to solve the issue, but trying to make you guilty ion their failure.
I was at home all day waiting for delivery, and no one came. Later I am getting a text message that they tried to deliver but noone was at home, which is pure lie.

Unless company. They cannot deliver 1 package. I get email that they will deliver it I was waiting then they told me that cannot deliver. It was express delivery with a specific date. Worst company ever.

Absolutely worst courier services. Delivery that takes GLS or DHL 48 hours that are doing in 10 days!
Only lies from customer service.

I was at home all day to receive my package, however I got a message that they will try to deliver it the next day because I wasn't at home.

Then I tried to pay the fees and charges I got on the package via their website, so the driver can leave it in front of my P.O box the next day. However there is an unkown error and I am unable to pay it.

I am very disappointed because you didn’t deliver when scheduled. This is not a one off.
Not even a delay notification.

Update. UPS actually turned up 2.5 hours after the latest scheduled delivery time. Luckily I was still at home.

I experienced yet another false delivery attempt today, further adding to the ongoing frustration of consistent delivery failures from UPS.

Despite being home all day, the doorbell never rang. I could even hear my neighbor's doorbell due to our thin walls, and I opened the door for my neighbor's guest, anticipating that UPS might mistakenly ring the wrong doorbell. They did not, cause they did not bother to ring the bell to our apartment building at all.

Being home from work today was very inconvenient for me. Contrary to UPS employees, I take pride in performing well a work.

When I purchased my package, I was not provided with the option to choose an alternative package delivery firm. If such a choice had been available, I would, due to constant disappointments from the firm, of course have opted for a different delivery company.

Ups did not deliver my package though i was at home. That has happened before with packages delivered by Ups, and I have to describe the service of the company as unreliable. It is also very difficult to trace the package with your call center being managed by some sort of AI. I will have to make purchases on Amazon in the future depending on the package not being handled by Ups.

UPS's service in Denmark is completely atrocious. On five separate occasions, they completely failed to deliver my packages to my door, not even bothering to ring the bell. Instead, they've opted to drop off my stuff at pickup stations, the latest one being a ridiculous 10km away from my place!

This isn't service—it's a nightmare. UPS should be embarrassed by this lackluster display of duty and responsibility. The fact that this situation is recurring indicates a fundamentally flawed delivery process. It's high time UPS takes a long, hard look at their operations in Denmark. This level of disservice is entirely intolerable!

They sent me a message the day before the delivery at 10.25 saying that I should reply with '2' before 14:00 if I want a home delivery (although I had already specified that during the order, so it was completely unnecessary). If I didn't, then the package would go straight to the UPS access point.

I reply almost immediately with 2 and proceed to ask for a remote work day, just so that I can pick up the package.

Waited at home, literally by the window, today all day, and nobody appeared. They didn't even try.

I later look at the tracking information only to find out that my parcel is at the access point waiting for my to pick it up with no explanation and no proof of delivery.

Once again, to the surprise of now, noone, horrible service.

I sincerely hope you go out of business.

Not able to get through to support as the AI answering is not able to understand the number I pronounce. Package delivered many days too late.

Once again, UPS fails to deliver as promised. I have arranged to be at home, but UPS let me down agin. Message is delivered with a “call us” after the call center is closed (“Unexpected delivery exception”. Tried the online service. Or not-service. Impossible to figure out. Incredible that this company is still alive. I guess they must be very cheep for the business still (!!) using them.

Useless company. They lied about trying to deliver. I sat by the window all day and they never even tried to deliver. The customer support even admits that they believe that there was no delivery attempt. The most pathetic excuse for a delivery company.

Not the first time that this has happened and from reading the reviews it is clear that I am not alone with my experience.

100% of the time they fail to deliver. I think their drivers don’t get paid or the company is terrible since they don’t bother to even ring the doorbell, who knows if they are even delivering stuff or just a big scam to make money or do fraud.
Absolutely trash of a delivery company. Avoid at all costs.
