I'm just not getting it...
I have just started this course and am not continuing. I feel this is well out of my league. Signing up was the easy part... but doing this online is really difficult for me... I keep getting lost in what I am suppose to do. I prefer clearer explanation like 'this how now do this' and I'm not getting it...

I was able to get an overview of the systems and explanations for each of the areas. Also clarified how to communicate and be in contact with trainers for the modules

I have rated my experience five stars although we did have a small hiccup at the start, it was resolved immediately.
All phone calls and emails were very professional.
The staff that I spoke to on the phone were fantastic, very polite and made me feel relaxed, as I felt a little anxious before we started the phone call.
Getting me enrolled was super easy and quick.

Very helpful staff
I was helped through the process of enrollment perfectly. Everyone was extremely helpful. The cost and funding for the course were explained to me properly. And someone was on hand to help when I needed it.

Lack of support and resources weren’t…
Lack of support and resources weren’t great.
When I signed up, I was told of we emailed a question or submitted an assignment we’d be replied to within 48hours
However at times I waited 2 weeks for my first trainer to respond, even then it wasn’t anything.
The support from work placement and my new trainer was much better. However I don’t think I’ll be doing online again

So far I do not feel informed or ready
So far I do not feel informed or ready. I'm the type of person who likes to have a plan and be organized before I start. I was told about orientation by one person, however never sent an email until I contacted my first point of contact to get that info. I'm really hoping things get better going forward. Staring my course has also been hard. You watch the “how to” videos but when you have an issue and contact support they have no idea what your talking about. There is a massive disconnect between the course info and what the help team tell you.
