Just finished, a counselling diploma with Upskilled, and Had a pleasant and great learning experience. The course supervicor was great and helpful, and it alwways happy to reach out and provide support whenever asked. If I ever needed assistance or support, the people at upskilled were always happy to help in whatever way they could. I only really had minor issues when learning to navigate there new interface partway through the course.

So far, everything has been awesome. I have just joined and I am excited to begin. The training plan is a great idea and was very easy to fill in. Website is easy to navigate, better than past course websites I have used. Seems user friendly. My first units have popped up ready to start, and I have an online meeting already scheduled for tomorrow to ensure I can easily use the system. Great support on the first days.

The workshop was very informative with excellent pace and flow. The facilitator is knowledgeable and has excellent presentation skills.

I have successfully finished the CERT III in Information Technology course offered by this institution. The teachers are amazing and very helpful. I enjoyed studying with Upskilled because the online course content was up to date in the field of information technology, interesting, and engaging which makes me want to come back again with Upskilled and proceed to study with the Diploma Course in IT. Studying with Upskilled accelerated my logical and critical thinking skills and enhanced my skills faster. In addition, Shane Alexander served as a reliable advisor, which was an important factor in my success in achieving my goals and objectives. He was an excellent educational consultant who assisted me in making accurate decisions regarding my course selection and ensured that it was appropriate for my skills and interests. If you are looking to study online with instructors who have relevant experience, this is a good place to start.

Rhiann and Carissa have both been very helpful via telephone and email correspondence to help get the process started and in making me feel welcome to Upskilled.

I Just finished a diploma in counselling and can say that as I hadn't studied for over 20 years, I was very intimidated and nervous. My trainer Ronnie was amazing from the beginning at making me always feel well supported with great feedback. he gave me the confidence I need to get through the course. student support was also great. I enjoyed studying with Upskilled.

When there is no timeline it makes it difficult for students to finish the course.

More face-to-face sessions can help students to move on

Constant calls to let me know how the process of starting my course is going. Only not 5 stars because I haven't actually started the course yet.

My previous RTO experience was horrible, Upskilled turned that around. Smart, Professional, prompt... Don't bother going anywhere else.

A million small tasks and interviews ect.

Brus its a Cert IV in a topic I already know a great deal about. i have a batchelors but you're making me do annoying aptitude testing. Interrogating me on the phone if I've read the course structure, trying to get me into zoom meetings and crap. I work, getting hassled for things.

I just want to submit online units in my free time outside office hours and not be hounded for mundane things

I honestly don't believe the review here in trustpilot the product or company or what so ever gets a very good review when trust pilot doesn't seem to investigate it by themselves to make sure if it really deserve the rating. I have a very bad experience with one of the trading company that got 5 star rating with trustpilot its called vestapro and I got scammed because o thought I can rely on the reviews from trustpilot.

I feel satisfied with Upskilled from inquiry stage.

So far so good! Everyone I have spoken to so far has been really helpful and supportive. It would have been nice to have had my login details sooner but I understand these things can take time. All in all, enjoying the experience so far!
