Absolutely amazing! I needed to update the delivery date of my order. When I sent in my request, I actually didn’t have much expectation that my request will be addressed since for most companies, customer support nowadays seem extremely poor or non existent. I was surprised when I got a response back within minutes (!!!) from Kathy who updated the delivery date right away. Kathy is someone who truly elevates customers’ experience with the company. UrbanStems’ customer service is exceptional and the ease of the ordering process and delivery service is unmatched. From now on, I will be ordering from UrbanStems for all of my flower deliveries. I highly recommend UrbanStems!

Please do your lovely employees like Erika a favor and do not force them to work with customers who had to navigate the failures of AI before reaching a real person. The AI back and forth wasted my time, and Erika could have taken care of this issue in one or two emails. Instead, AI made me respond repeatedly before getting sent to a real and and competent person. Erika deserves better!

I am so grateful to have been able to work with a real human being and not your AI chatbot. The AI responded twice with "here's your link:" Only there was no link and no information. The chatbot was useless and a waste of my time. Kathy, the real live helpful human, answered my question in mere seconds. She was so helpful. Keep Kathy and get rid of the chatbot!
