I found Diego really lovely, professional and very gentle. I usually hate the dentist but this was the least painful de-scale and polish I've ever had and I'm really happy with the results. 5 stars for Diego!!!

Had an appointment with Alex which went very well, very easy going and professional.

I am extremely happy with my Invisalign treatment.It was a 18 months treatment and always received an excellent welcome and service from all members of staff and especially from my dentist Gaston.He is professional and explains you clearly all the steps of the treatment, takes his time and advises you.Im very happy with the final result, thank you very much ! Dr Gaston is an incredible dentist who is patient, takes his time to explain and helped me put me understand how to self manage my oral health. Highly recommended

I can't recommend Dr Diego enough!! He is so professional, caring and attentive. I am really pleased with my new veneers. I normally detest the dentist but he immediately made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Honestly the best decision I have ever made and love the results. Dr Diego De Campo is the best dentist I have ever been to (and I've been to a few). He takes care to ensure his patient is not in pain or discomfort and works efficiently and with humour so you enjoy the visit. His nurse is also lovely and the receptionist helpful and friendly. The whole team are great and make you look forward to your next visit.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for a long time due to past experiences and I was terrified, when I arrived he made me feel so relaxed and explained everything that I needed then I came back to get a filling and I couldn’t even feel the needle go in, honestly best dentist I have ever had thank you 😊

Really positive experience of my dental treatment. The receptionist was welcoming, explain the safety procedures.
Was seen by my dentist Dr Diego on time. Very positive expereince. He checked my teeth and gums. Whilst gving it a clean, he also regularly checked if I was ok. Had a really good clean of my teeth. I can highly recommend Urgent Care dental clinic and Dr Diego.

Dr Diego is always patient and caring he explains what he is doing and works together with you to achieve your treatment.

Having written very good reviews before I now unfortunately have to write a very bad one and will never use this practice again.

The last time I went was before Covid and it was for a hygiene appointment and check up which Alex did.

He only spent about 15 minutes in total and the next day a huge filling came out of one of my teeth.

I rang up and asked for Alex to ring me about this as he knew about the history of this particular tooth but he never did.

I therefore had to find another dentist and to my surprise was told a few days later that plaque was still left on my teeth from the hygiene appointment I had with Alex a few days earlier.

A few weeks ago I was scheduled to have another appointment with Alex but was not sent anything prior about it being cancelled or a message reminding me of it.

This practice used to be very good but I will never use them again.

After getting recommendation from a friend, and having “burned” by other clinics with bad treatment, I moved to being a patient at Urgent Dental Care.
It has been a year and a few treats since and I can say with confidence the staff is the most professional out there. AAA

As always pleased with the service. I could not wait for the clinic to reopen as my post lockdown teeth needed a good clean :) Dr Gaston as always provided a superb service he is always very friendly yet profesional... and my teeth are sparkling clean again. The clinic was very safe and a face covering and gloves were provided to all clients. The receptionist made sure all measures were followed and she checked my temperature.

I had a couple of treatments with Diego and I am very pleased with the results. He is very professional and reassuring, managing to put at ease even the most nervous patient. Can not recommend him highly enough.

I had an urgency with a broken tooth with Dr.Brander that required an extraction.
During the whole procedure Dr Brander was very professional, efficient, attentive and kind, keeping me informed of every step in the process. The extraction went well and I never felt pain or discomfort during the procedure or afterwards. On another occasion Dr Brander accepted me late at night in a weekend for an emergengy, I was very grateful to him for that. The staff in the clinic is friendly and well organized with the covid situation. Highly reccomended and thank you!

Dr Diego is a complete, kind and professional Dentist ever seen who treats his clients holistically. He explained and showed to me the procedure throughout my treatment and gave me a chance to comment on it. This is what we call patient-centred care. my teeth appear to be natural.
