Bought a watch for my dad
Bought a watch for my dad, for his 60th birthday. On their website, it said expected delivery between 1 and 3 weeks. With 18 days to go, we took a chance and hoped we would have it in time.
After 9 - 10 days where we haven't heard anything, we reached out for an update and after a few days wait, they replied that the expected wait would be 3 weeks and not 1 - 3.
I cannot understand, how they thought putting 1 - 3 weeks on their website would make any sense, if they bloody well know it's more likely to be 3 weeks. Then put that on there! We are now in a situation where the watch won't be here before we're supposed to give it away, we took a chance no doubt, but we would have bought it elsewhere if we knew what we know now.
Terrible service, especially when they knew already and just didn't bother putting it on their website.
The only upside to this purchase is the price. I reaaally hope the watch is gonna be there no longer than 21 days after the purchase (08.06.2021 - 29.06.2021).

Everything went just perfect!
I bought a Rado watch on the 16th of March and I received the package on the 10th of April. It was delivered right next to my address and I couldn’t be happier. I didn’t call customer service or contacted anyone - just crossed my fingers that everything was alright an things were moving in their own tempo.
Reading some of the reviews here one can get quite anxious, but I would highly recommend buying from this shop - I’d do it again anytime :)

A total scam.
Ordered a watch online - it said it would be shipped in 5-10 work days. On the 10th day they contacted me and said it would another month. Oh well, I wasn't in a hurry so I accepted. Then 30 days went by and still no watch. Urvaerket then contacted me again and said it would be another 30 days. Hahahah. I cancelled my order... But the watch is still shown on the webshop - and according to Urvaerket ready to be shipped in da da da dum 5-10 workdays, hahaha.
