Good delivery but little scratch on watch
The delivery was very fast and pick up at the postbox comfortable.
I noticed a little scratch in the glass of the watch however. Not too bad though, just a bit irritating.

Delivered package to a pickupbox closer…
Delivered package to a pickupbox closer to my neighbor city even though they have an option just next to my address. Customer service does not want to correct even though they are able to.
They reply that they don't have the option to change but they in fact do as confirmed by PostNord. I asked them to contact PostNord but they refuse.
I don't have any way of transporting myself 10km as I have a leg injury and can only go so far om crutches.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I have ordered a watch on may 17. Today is 62 working day after I have paid for the watch, it’s 14 weeks. After several mails and phone calls, I still have got no info when the watch will be send. Only what I hear every time I call customers service is – We are sorry for the inconvenience, do You want to cancel Your order? No, I don’t want to cancel my order, I want my watch. It´s not trust worthy...
Long waiting time, the watch was incorrectly packed and them it arrive and was broken.
Return it and received a "new" use item.
this new used watch was in perfect conditions, so far, but arrived without any plastic protection or secure inside its original watch box.
this shop is not worth it to buy a quality watch, as they don´t know how to treat one.

They do not deserve even a 1 star. One of the worst customer service. I ordered a watch on 30th November for giving gift to someone. On their website expected time of delivery was 1 week. I did not received the watch til mid December and i mailed them for status and was told will be getting my order in end January 2020. Since we really liked the watch decided to wait. In mid January 2020 we again received a mail from them asking us to withdraw our order as the watch was sold and they did not had more pieces of the same watch in their stock. It took 1.5 months for them to find this. And inspite of this they do not have any courtesy to even apologize for their mistake .

Just don't buy a watch from this site!
I ordered an expensive watch in October 2019 - I paid in advance so Urvaerket would place my ordre and I was aware of 2-5 weeks delivery time.
As I was waiting for my watch to be delivered, Urvaerket suddenly closed their customer service, so it was impossible to call them, only email with days of respons time... This created so much distrust to this retailer. If you have paid somebody in advance, it is nice to be able to talk to them.
After 6 weeks of waiting time, I sent them an email to get my delivery status. 2 days after, I received an email where Urvaerket told me that they could not deliver my watch, so I have waited 6 weeks for nothing. They didn't even bothered to call me or provide me with any type compensation. A discount code for their web-site would be the least they could have done or an apology. Remember that they have had the pleasure of building up their net working capital with my money for 6 weeks. Maybe the business model is just to get people to pay large amounts in advance and then never deliver any sort of product
Personally I believe that this website is for fashion watches. They don't have the service level or the professionalism to deal with costumers who prefer high-end watches
I recommend Montredo.dk instead of Urvaerket.dk
