I have been sent a faulty Hugo Boss polo shirt where the badge was lob sided, surely the warehouse staff should have noticed this as it was blatantly obvious the badge wasn’t sewn on right!

Orders within the next day delivery time , to then not receive the item the next day, pointless advertising it.

Terrible service. The website kept looping on the payment section when trying to complete an order. Cleared. Cookies, changed browser, tried a different device and even different payment methods and nothing worked. Tried to get help from customer service who is simply slow and processing me through what feels like a automated process where nobody takes real ownership and I am forced to repeat myself. The worst type of service. I gave up.

Do not buy from *USC CO UK. I repeat - do NOT buy. USC sold me boxers that are not the original design and their website said nothing about a change in the design. I received the packages where all the boxers where in un sealed packages so I had NO way of knowing if they had been used/tried on by other customers. I did not even myself open ANY of the packages and wanted a return and refund as they where clearly not the model I wanted and thought I would get, they just referred to their policy of underwear is not refundable. I have NEVER EVER experienced SO POOR customer service and a total lack of responsibility. Not even the slightest accommodation for a different purchase or an offer to refund me everything except their raw costs for the materials. I will NEVER EVER EVER deal with USC CO UK AGAIN! Shame on you!

The delivery isn't on time, even though you're paying for it to be – that's a bit of a let-down

Not particularly helpful customer service.
Still no refund over a week later from my original complaint. And over 2 weeks since I placed the order so iv been down money.
Not happy.

I disliked having to pay for a return when product comes up small sizes and having to repurchase because you don't do an exchange policy and can't take it to a store to exchange or return

Easy ordering, fast delivery, and will order again. Items ordered all fit so didn't use the return options.

App is easy to use, good price

RE: Aquascutum. I've used USC @ Fosse Park Leicester many times & always found their products of a high quality. However I have twice used them in the last week to purchase Aquascutum hoodies, I should of been once bitten & never ordered online (I won't again). The sizes are tremendously misleading & worse thing is it's cost me 4.99 each time to send them back, not my fault really was it! So you've lost 1* for the product being not as stated & 1* for the postage.

High-quality clothes are relatively cheap and I can order it from my sofa.

What a joke first order off them and the last... Evri delivered it to the wrong address and usc expect me to find it they also want me to fill out a missing form for the items this is not my responsibility it's the senders.. I contacted evri and they told me to contact usc to file a claim.. So basically they keep the money and expect you to claim it back off the courier service... I bought the goods off usc not evri it was your choice to use evri your duty to sort it out... Don't pass the buck
