I've been purchasing iPads from these guys for years, they have always provided a great product, on the very rare occasion that there has been a problem it's been sorted quickly.

Unquestionably a scam
Unquestionably a scam. A 'refurb' computer was ordered and paid to USMAC for in the sum of £360 - but the online follow-up rapidly showed my transaction marked up as 'order lost' , or 'a/c lost', following my original order. Consequently I ordered a 'refurb' computer from a different source which duly arrived..... as did the original 'lost' order through USMAC, the very same day! My having returned my original order to USMAC's given UK postal address there has been no action on repayment to my bank a/c despite a number of applications for the £360 due to me. I'm still waiting. Please strongly avoid USMAC - not to be trusted.
Fraudulent company
Ladies and gents beware of this company. They are fraudulent with their description of laptop details on eBay. I'm currently investigating this company and I'd be careful with how much you spend on them. They are a scam with very little communication and description of laptop
Cancelled Order Due to ' Error in Pricing '
Purchased a used 2017 imac through OnBuy.Com, not a cheap imac by any stretch of imagination but it had the spec I was looking for. A day later I recieved an email from OnBuy that my order had been cancelled by the seller, The Reason: Error in Pricing. I thought that a deal was a deal as they had advertised their goods and stated the price. As it happens, I consider myself lucky. I just have to make sure that my PayPal account is credited correctly and promptly.
Wish I had used Trustpilot.
I am just going through the same experience as CJ Berry in April 2021 regarding the purchase of a high spec 64GB, MacOS 12, 5k etc 2017 iMac from Usmac (also called Cosmac) through eBay in the UK.
I am a retired 75 year old who likes to photograph wildlife and see them on a 27" 5k screen.
Well, I received the iMac but with half the specified RAM and only the version Big Sur and not Monterey, as ADVERTISED.
The Main board was also misaligned with the rear slots so access to the Internet (LAN) port & USB ports at the rear was impossible, as was attempting the upgrade to Monterey.
I used WiFi. The computer DID turn on and was useable, but not what I had paid for.
From that point on I had grave doubts about my purchase (because of the afore-mentioned discrepancies) and I asked my local Apple dealer to open it and check it out. My lack of trust in Usmac was justified - they found it was necessary to use six Apple discs to separate screen from body as no Apple adhesive tape had been used but some sort of epoxy.
They took several internal photos of misaligned Main Board, at least two damaged components on that board, and the right hand speaker was loose because there were no retaining screws.
Everything was photographed and they confirmed that the specification of the iMac was not as advertised and, some component(s) were damaged causing the iMac
the inability to upgrade to what Usmac had claimed was already installed.
I have been scammed without any redress - I returned the computer (I DID forget to include the Keyboard/Mouse and connection cable - not deliberate, I was just so upset at the outcome)
It appears I will not get my money back - £1,149 is a lot of money to me.
eBay UK said I had "abused their Buyers conditons of purchase" which is true, but I was not aware of this and I am not condoning my actions, BUT, Usmac (who sell their products through eBay.co.uk) are the main culprits of deceit by lying about their products and by reading that 41% of Usmac buyers think that they are "BAD" Sellers.
It begs the question why eBay.co.uk would advertise that Usmac are displayed on their website as "100% Satisfaction" by customers (when patently they are not) and, more importantly, that they support a company that displays an excessive tendency to lie about their products and defraud their customers?
According to eBay I won't get a refund
Avoid!
Purchased an 'Excellent' condition MacBook Pro from these clowns; first it turns out the battery is on its way out, returned and fixed, then it turns out that it can't be upgraded to latest OS (Monterey), returned again. After a week they admitted there was a problem, now they are claiming my laptop was return weeks ago. Avoid like the plague else you might also have to pursue a claim through the small claims court.
The best place to buy Mac's
We purchased 2 separate Mac Pro's from Usmac on separate orders.
They were great to deal with, the computers arrived on time, well wrapped and work perfect. Their prices are fantastic and I can't recommend them highly enough.
I will always purchase through these guys going forward.

Terrible service please save your self…
Terrible service please save your self from these scammers and take your money elsewhere. I ordered acer computer from them and waited almost a month to receive it after several emails asking where my order is? Only then to have some of the parts missing from the package. Computer plug was not inside and keyboard was different brand to the computer which did not work. I have called and emailed several times they only responded once saying sorry it was one of the work colleague mistake and they will re send the plug. That was the biggest lies nothing ever came until now even DPD delivery service said they have delivery details but they don’t have the items. Again I called and emailed several times no response to make the matter worst I asked eBay to step in and help and eBay said this case has been solved and closed. because they made it look I have received my item but that’s not true it’s not full package as I ordered it. Please don’t waste your money and time with this company

Excellent and very helpful company who go out of there way to help you find the right Mac for you 👍
The guarantee means nothing
The guarantee means nothing. Mac broke down after 3 months with likely hard drive problem. They said to send back and then just stopped emailing me. After 5 weeks just ignored me completely. Eventually after sending letter at advice of citizens advice they responded saying it was fixed and returned it back in the same state. I’d paid them £400 for a Mac with 1 year guarantee then ending up costing me £150 to get it fixed after 3 months.
Slow customer service
*Edit - Finely I got a response and they have sent me a replacement charger 'as a gesture of good will', though be it second hand, it is a original Apple charger this time!
I purchased a MacBook Pro at the cost of almost £1,000.00 with a One year warranty.
I now have a fault with my charger and the company are ignoring my emails.
They replied to one email only, despite me sending them a copy of the invoice with a reply of 'when did you purchase the item'?
That was the only response, and despite 3 more emails I have been ignored.

Never buy anything from Usmac
Never buy anything from Usmac. I bought a Surface Pro 4 more than a year ago. It came without a charger and in less than optimal condition. A month after having it, the screen began to fail and I sent it to be fixed since it was under warranty. ONE YEAR LATER, the computer was sent back to me, supposedly fixed, and I had to bear the customs costs due to their error in shipping. After 10 minutes with the computer on, I have the same fault as before I sent it. Since then I have written to them several times and they have not bothered to answer me. I'm desperate and I don't know what to do. At least I hope this helps someone to avoid the same thing happening to me.
Satisfied buying experience I bot…
Satisfied buying experience I bought sealed iphone 12 pro max 256 GB Pacific Blue.
1. Item was sealed packed and I got it for 999 pounds.
2. Delivery was fast and product came with apple warranty.
3. Unmatchable price you cannot get an iPhone 12 pro max in that price.
Incompetant mistakes or deliberately misleading item descriptions?
On April 12th 2021 I saw a good deal on a refurbished iMac computer of a farirly high spec.
I went to read the detailed overview and it described a lower spec computer, ie NOT the one advertised.
I emailed the seller and asked if indeed it WAS the higher spec computer. The assured me it was and appologised for the confusion. So I bought it outright. After the purchase, I get an email saying how id just bought the lower end product. I emailed the company again and told them I only bought this item because I needed the higher spec computer. They again assured and confirmed it was the higher spec computer.
It arrived yesterday and when I opened the box and set it up.. lo and behold it was tyhe lower spec computer.
The invoice they sent me, with the wrong computer, listed the higher spec for the right computer but.. it had a hand written serial number on it ..for the wrong computer, which was the one they sent me.
I have emailed the company at least 5 or six times and they havent yet responded.
I will try their telephone number in the morning.
I spoke to Ebay already but I have to wait the statutory three working days before they can step in.
This company has a 99.9% approval rating for customer satisfaction yet they are either incompetant or deliberately lying to customers to get a sale.
Pretty much all of their item decriptions have differences between the main listing and the detailed item description. I am particularly angry about this because I asked them to verify which computer spec I would be buying, TWICE and then they STILL sent me the wrong thing.Mistake? Deliberate?
At least I have the paper trail of Ebay emails to prove all of this but I didnt want a war, I just wanted to buy a decent computer and the item description and emails SHOULD have been enough.
In the end this scam company offered me £50 as the difference between the price of the one i wanted and the one they sent.
NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY
Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I paid too much for an item that was broken after only 3 months. I had a warranty so I asked for some urgent help. It took them months to fix the Apple Mac and return it to me. Their service and communication was deplorable. Would never use again and other people should be aware of how disappointing they are. BEWARE!
I bought an iMac from them
I bought an iMac from them, it's working without any issues for the last 2 years. Really happy with the service.
