I purchased a macbook from their ebay store, the first one that arrived didn't work. I then contacted them and after a few days they finally got back in touch and suggested that I try and fix it myself, when I said I didn't feel comfortable doing this and asked for a simple replacement they reluctantly agreed and sent me a replacement (this took 2 weeks and I need my computer for work). The replacement was in horrible condition and also had faults, so I contacted them AGAIN and finally received one that works, albeit in awful condition, with used parts in it (593 battery cycle count on a refurbished product).

I've tried contacting usmac to try and get some sort of compensation because of all of this but they're ignoring my messages yet again, so as promised, here's the first of many reviews.

Avoid this company at all costs, they're a bunch of con artists that seem to exclusively sell faulty products.

We brought an IMac off them via ebay; it's never worked properly since we've had it , frequently refusing to turn on, even though it's gone back for repair (sent by courier at our expense). They will not give us a replacement or refund despite the so called 'warranty'and just keep asking us to turn it on and off or return it to them for repair again, again at our expense. Save yourselves the hassle and go elsewhere as my only hope of resolution is now Trading Standards of via my Credit Card supplier under credit act claim. Really cannot recommend them

Bought a mac book air from these guys. Happy with the product and speed of delivery. It had a few more marks and scratches on it then i would have liked, but it was described as 'B Grade', so fair enough.

I did a lot of research into the company before buying and saw most the reviews are negative on trustpilot, however on ebay the reviews are a lot more favourable, so was happy to take the risk. Happy with the product, and would recommend them for refurbished macs!

Do not use usmac for anything. I ordered a mac book pro and received no further details. I tried to email them but their email address did not exist. I tried to phone them and got sent to answering machine where a robot told me the answering machine was full. I assume it is a completely fake website all together. DO NOT USE IT!

Liars! I purchased a "Brand New" Macbook Pro from Umer at USMAC UK LTD and also trading as Cosmac on Ebay and there is no way that is what I received. For starters it turns up with Apple refurbished on the box. He then told me only the box was refurbished (like Im stupid enough to believe that) He then admitted it was refurbished but tried to tell me it was Apple CPO which is the apple certified scheme. It is not! It definitely has some aftermarket components in, like the not genuine battery that only lasts 4hrs when it should last 10. The machine also came with 7 cycles on the battery which means even the new fake battery has had use! I have run tests on the machine and it is not performing like it should either but I cant work out why.
They are now not responding and I can't get my money back as I didn't buy it through Ebay. In one of his emails he tried to guilt trip me saying he doesn't make much money. Little did he know when I collected it I saw him leave in his new Mercedes!

Ordered a Macbook described as A+ condition , two badly pitted bottom corners product delivered. Two emails to support down and zero reply I am posting a 'watch out' email for the condition advertising of this company and the lack of customer support. Plus they can't spell and their website is full of meaningless diatribe- should have guessed.
