Be careful with this company. Ordered 2 iPad minis and only on closer look did I realise they had supplied a lower spec memory than I paid for. No interest from the company in resolving this issue. Calls were cut off and left unanswered.

4 months in my iPad kept turning on/off by itself
I was asked to send it back - I did
7 weeks later after many emails from me none from them - it’ was sent back in same packaging with my original note in the box and the iPad unfixed !!!
This company is a joke and the customer service is the worst I have ever come across

5th gen iPad (32gb)
I bought a 5th gen iPad (32gb) from USMac. The first one turned arrived promptly and looked in pristine condition, however, upon turning it on I quickly realised that it had mobile device management (MDM) restrictions on it from a previous owner - I was fully aware that it was refurbished. Initially I was very disappointed, but after calling them and emailing through ebay, they quicky arranged delivery of another device and collected the old one.
The second device I received again was in pristine condition and this time worked perfectly! I am hoping nothing goes wrong with it but so far so good. There are a lot of negative comments about this company on here, but I found them responsive and helpful.

Happy with eBay purchase
I purchased a refurbished iPad through eBay and have been happy with the speed of transaction, the packaging and the product. I didn't expect it to be as good as it is, the battery life is phenomenal it is the best tablet for battery life I have ever known.
There is something strange if you visit their website, it doesn't exist all you get are popups with very erroneous offers.

I bought a Mac Book Air from this…
I bought a Mac Book Air from this company in December and in January it stopped working and the screen froze. I contacted the company and they arranged a replacement. but the replacement Mac book also froze and stopped working. In other words the same fault happened in both Mac Book airs. I was obviously unhappy and asked for a full refund. after a number of emails to the company they refused to give me a full refund immediately and it was only when I sent a letter by recorded delivery stating our legal position and as a result of that letter the company eventually offered us a refund but minus £73 for administration fees. We reluctantly agreed to this and asked the company to collect the Mac Book. We had a lot of problems getting them to collect the Mac Book over a 6 week period. Some of the emails at this point where rude and badly written. After the Mac Book was collected they then informed us that the screen was cracked and that they would deduct a further £100. We know for certain that the Mac Book screen was not broken when handed it to the currier but we are unable to prove that what they are saying is true so to save ourselves a lot of hassle we agreed to accept £107 instead of the full refund price being £280.We will not being using the company again and we would recommend that nobody else buys a Mac Book form this company . The customer service is not what we would expect from a company like this.
