Not just disappointing—genuinely worse than expected. I bought “Super Grow Beast” from Home Bargains because the price seemed great, but the quality is very poor. It’s heavily loaded with soy and carbs, which isn’t what I was looking for in this kind of product.

After checking more closely, I realised it’s made by USN—and judging by other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue. Definitely wouldn’t buy again

Absolutely love USN products. Find I can cycle faster, go further and recover quicker.

I ordered USN Hyperbolic Mass Strawberry Cheesecake 6kg from uk.usn.global on 02 Jan 2026 but received Vanilla instead. The replacement sent on 23 Jan 2026 was also Vanilla in a Strawberry Cheesecake bag. Both products were sealed and unopened.
Customer service repeatedly delayed resolution, asked irrelevant questions, refused prepaid returns and gave incorrect order details. After multiple emails I had to set a firm deadline for a full refund.
Mislabelled products supplied twice, poor customer support, delayed and unclear handling of the issue.

I just wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent order I placed through the USN Global website.

I regularly use your All-In-One Anabolic Protein and really rate USN products, which is why I ordered directly from your site this time. Unfortunately, I realised straight after placing my order that I’d selected the wrong protein by mistake. While I accept that this was my error, the issue I had was that there was no option to cancel the order on your website.

I emailed straight away to try and cancel, but I didn’t get a response until the next day, by which point the order had already been dispatched. I’ve since received it, but I now have to pay for return postage, which leaves me out of pocket.

It’s a bit disappointing as it’s put me off ordering directly again — I’ll probably stick to third-party sellers in future as they tend to offer easier order management options.

They should be sued the product was so sweet I think it contributed towards me have problems with kidneys and liver. I used the product for years between 2014 to 2017

Usn complete protein powder mixes well tastes good. High amount of protein per serving. Will definitely buy again.

This company is a scam because it doesn't have half of the BSAA in a big box. And it's empty. How is this possible?

Just had a small bottle 3 hours ago and already I feel bloated and on the toilet with constipation. Won't be deinking or buying that again!

WORST !! product I have ever purchased. On the toilet constantly for long periods of time and was seeing no productive changes. Also upset my tummy an awful lot and wasn't a good taste to recommend at all. I warn anyone & everyone NOT TO PURCHASE !! Any usn products. Had other products that agreed nicely with my digestion system but this was absolutely terrible !!.

This the 3rd time im buying from usn website i dont have issues with the product, i have issues with customer service , they are very very rude ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE, i had a call this morni9jng from a lady who says the guys tried calling me but im telling her i received no call but she still insists that i did not answer my phone its like she called just to argue with me and she can see my phone if i received any calls or not, then she cuts the call, i will NO LONGER be buying from the USN website or recommending it to my Gym buddies as this the 2nd time i have to be dealing with rude women, hire better more friendlier people because there so many people like that looking for a job. so disappointing to go through this twice on different days.

I purchased the 3 in1 creatine, in orange flavor. I have never in my life tastes something so sweet. I emailled them as on their website a product can be returned if it is "unconsumable" which it is. They just said sorry cant help as the package was opened and ignored any further response. Now if you think maybe i am being sensitive, i just completed the "Hyper Transport" which was also in orange flavor with no issues. This Company Customer support is sh!t.

My favourite product by USN which was called 'Pure GF1 Protein' has been discontinued! :(
Please bring this product back!!

Hyperbolic mass product made my stomach bloated and aching, which I didn't have from other brands gainers. Instead of gaining weight I lost it going more often to toilet and unable to eat for sometime. USN support doesn't reply. Wish I would read bad reviews before purchasing

Don't let freebies fool you! Mine were not sent with my order, so I contacted customer services. They said they since it was a freebie they couldn't send it. So just to be sure I asked them to confirm and yup, they won't send the missed freebie

I bought a tub of usn creatine today opened it and was a quarter in so it says 40 scoops on tub so I emptied it used the scoop in tub and got 20 don’t buy this product or any usn supplements

Purchased usn complete protein lovely taste but when Purchased the tub was half full either put more protein in the tubs or make your tubs smaller due to plastic waste its absolutely ridiculous the wast of plastic

twice in a row i received an usn order from Amazon, supposedly polder, well it’s hard rock solid, in transit, the ROCK been rubbing the soft plastic container and you can see the scratch inside de container. dangerous for.your health !
And it supposed to be good for you !

I used usn anabolic powder most of last year with good results,then changed to phd whey powder ,until 2 weeks ago due to price,saw a good deal at holland +barrett on usn so purchased 2 tubs.After 5 days of use i started to suffer acid reflux ,bloating ,constant nauseous and heart burn.So stopped using usn,5 days later all symtons have gone.I did notice it tasted different also.Will return unopened tub back tomorrow for refund,i will not be buying this product again!!!
