I love USN products. However, this time the delivery arrived 24 hours later than originally scheduled by the courier firm, with no explanation or apology. This is NOT USN's fault and is no reflection on their products. But they asked for an honest review!

I was very inpressed with delivery, i orderd on wednesday and friday they came, i orderd 2 usn t-shirts a blue and a black, also a drinks bottle ready for the gym. I will deffinatly be ordering from usn again soon

First online order placed using corperate code which brought the price inline with the high street. When order placed showed free T Shirt, bottle, and shaker. They were still there come checkout only to find them never materialise. When I phoned customer services was told I did not recieve them because I used a code.The code only brought the direct price in line with pretty much all my local suppliers give or take a pound or too First order with you as you have given a corperate discount code but not impressed as there are plenty of quality suppliers at very competitive prices around.

I have had the product before and worked wonders. Quick to be delivered. Only problem was I pressed wrong flavour without realizing but will have to do.

Product was delivered the day after I ordered, really pleased!!

Placed several orders with USN and have received excellent service. Deliveries arrive on the day the confirmation texts and emails say the delivery will arrive, and goods arrive in the specified delivery window on the day of delivery, and it's usually next day unless the order is placed over the weekend.

My son has been using the products for a few weeks now and he states that he has noticed the benefits in using the USN suplements rather than just relying on a varied diet alone. In the space of 4 weeks he has managed to gain 3kg in lean musce mass, where as before using the dietary suplements he had issues trying to gain weight. He will probably continue to use USN products to complement his dietary intake while he continues to play rugby.

When order placed, no conformation email sent, no order status update, no way to check when parcel was arrival, no conformation call or txt with option to choose another delivery date. All in all a fairly poor delivery service.

Products were undamaged, etc no complaints there.

Placed order and had call the following day from customer services explaining 1 item out of stock and options available. Had text same day to say goods dispatched and text next day advising time of delivery.

Ordered my goods Monday evening and received the Wednesday morning. Even got text message updates. 10 out of 10 for service and that was even before I had tried to products. Top products and can notice the difference in a week compared to other supplements that I have taken for months. Will not change again!

I love USN products, they have everything that I need. You can buy cheaper, but USN is a brand that you can trust. Lots of helpful advice on the website. If you want to get in shape, sort out your nutrition and get the USN products for you

Received my son's order from USN recently. Todate I've sent about 12 emails together with two emails containing photographic evidence to USN regarding substandard damaged goods which we paid full price for! Still waiting for a resolution from USN! Extremely disappointed their Customer Service seems non-existent and at the moment they seem to think it is my responsibility to send the damaged goods back to them! They are trying to say it was the courier who damaged the goods when in actual fact the box was not damaged it was the content inside the box! For a company of their magnitude I would have expected better.
DESPITE THE FACT THAT YOU SAY I CHANGED THE DELIVERY ADDRESS I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THIS IS FACTUALLY INCORRECT! The parcel was only to be left with my neighbour if I was out but the address for the package remained the same.

The hyperdrive NO, I love how it says will cause paralysing on your face, well near enough..... so I went for 2 scoops, tingles started right after drinking, I wouldn't mind tasting the other flavour though I had fruit punch and it smells like almonds or marzipan. Still I drink it, come on,, ive even started broccoli, theres so many bigger problems in the world... Its awesome though, get mad vascularity on my biceps which I find quite hard to get. Could just be my #gains or development, but this is definitely adding more! either way try it out, good stuff.

Originally I wanted to buy 6 different products, 2 of which were out of stock at the time, so I placed an order for the 4 items they had. After 6 days I hadn't recieved anything except a feedback email, so I called USN. Vanessa on the other line was very polite and dealt with my problem quickly, although the next day delivery only contained 3 of the 4 items ordered. I spoke to Vanessa again and she organised another delivery for the remainder; overall the order took 8 days including two follow-up phone calls.

This was the first time I have ordered from USN so hopefully this isn't repeated.
