I have used several different products in the past but always come back to USN. Web ordering is really easy & delivery by courier excellent. I'm back and will be ordering again soon.

The website was clear and easy to order the product. The product came on time and I even got a text with a specific deliverly slot, no hassle. Most of all the product was excellent and I will be using USN products again.

The product arrived before the delivery date and I was text informing me of the delivery. The product is tasty and all ready I feel comfortable with it.As its a meal replacement its a bit thicker than the usual training products so a good shakeing is needed (I use a hand blender) I will be ordering more of Ultra-lean, and would recommended this prouduct to others.

I ordered some of your products on the 3rd of June and heard nothing at all. On the 7th I finally rang to find out what was happening to find they hadn't processed the order and proberbly wouldn't have had I not contacted them. I need these products and now have to train without them until they arrive later than I had been told. I have a very important AAA race in 3 weeks so this isn't ideal being that this week is my final hard week before I start to tapper. I can't see these products getting to me until very earliest the 10th this is over a week and normally I have them within 3 days so over double the time and that's if they arrive Monday which I'm not hopeful on.

Heard good things about these products and as a professional athlete the peace of mind that all supplements are screened in a lab in the UK is reassuring. The products aid my training and recovery.

Ordered my products on a Monday. Got a message through few hours later telling me the delivery date (weds) and then one to tell me the exact hour it would be delivered. Which is perfect for people with busy lives who don't want to hang around all day waiting for a delivery. having visited the tough mudder event at boughton house i sampled the r3 product and even better the guys gave me a 50% voucher which i have now used and received ,awsome !!!!!!!!!

There was an offer online but I didnt get it and customer service didnt reply to my email. Also there were delivery problems but that is probably not USNs fault and more due to the delivery company.
