Just can't fault the service you get from USN. I live in southern Italy and getting quality products in a timely manner is very difficult. The advice I've received from USN is always spot on. I was sceptical at buying another protein shake as I had used them in the past and hated the taste. USN was recommended to me by a friend. At first I was not a fan of the taste however after playing with the mixture and using milk the shake became pleasent to drink. Will use again!!!

Having to sign for the delivery should be made obvious when giving the delivery address. I expect many people would give an alternative address - ie a work address, which would reduce wait for delivery, reduce the frustration of having to re-arrange the delivery which causes poor customer experience. This would also reduce costs for the delivery company who have to re-arrange delivery times.

Bought the VO2 Max tablets, only took two before my last workout and I had the best workout ever. Don't know if it was just a coincidence, placebo effect, one of those days, but I seemed to be able to carry on when I would normally have failed and dropped the weights.
