Super quick delivery

On time delivery and good quality product.

Ordered from their website. received no receipt, indication of delivery or communication. When I phoned up I was told it would be delivered 630-730 that night. I waited back at work for delivery and had a no show. Phoned the next morning and again requested a receipt or tracking info only to be told they would do it and it would be delivered later that day. That was a complete lie as I later found out the tool box had been returned to sender. Same thing again happened and after wasting several more hours of my time and hearing their incompetent staff blame me for the delivery address being wrong, I gave up and picked one up from halfords for less money and the manager helped me load it into my high tech delivery service(the back of my car). I ordered thru Apple Pay, it inputs all my details without me having to check, but then I couldn’t check cos I wasn’t sent a receipt?😡 so frustrated isn’t the word. Staff I dealt with were half assed and not really interested apart from from trying to apportion blame to either the delivery company or me. So do your self a favour and just avoid.

Hi, you have sent me a survey for a cabinet i have ordered, BUT i had no conformation email? no invoice ? no indication of delivery? the only thing i do know is you have my money. for a £300 order i would expect all of the above fairly quickly. even automated systems are capable of this.

Excellent customer service, care and support. Swift and efficient. I had a problem with a lock, fully resolved in 24 hours. Polite and friendly, such a surprising change from the usual these days.

Have to take whole cover off if you want to open lid and the straps on front cover need to be longer but apart from that cover is ok

I actually purchased 2 units from US PRO a complete stacking unit & this ace toolbox, thanks to being too old to tell the difference between inches & millimetres i miscalculated & had to return the items, then i recall having purchased another toolbox from them a few years ago & decided that it didnt matter if i was an old codger or not I'd buy one. Now Scott at US PRO has been helping me deal with returning 1 unit & buying this 2nd one. As a disabled person & an old codger (71) who now lives alone its difficult if not impossible for me to take large parcels to the post office so i asked him if he could arrange a collection which i would pay for, he had no trouble in doing this & though we have had a little hiccup with the courier company, maybe I should say a coughing fit would be more appropriate, he has dealt with all of this whilst also keeping me in the loop. I rarely if ever leave a review about anyone but this time I couldn't be more happier to recommend Scott & US PRO to anyone who wants a quality tool box made from hard wood not pine, remember that, & at a ridiculously cheap price otherwise as I live on a pension i wouldn't have been able to afford one. Now all i have to do is work out where it will go! Thank you very much US PRO & most importantly Scott McCarthy.
