I have made a few purchases in the past for these great value boxes, still going strong after many years in my workshop. Sadly the most recent purchase had a minor fault that was rectified via a phone call from Scott to me the same day I noted the issue and resolved immediately. Still my go too provider for all things tool box related, fully supports my decision to stay with US PRO in the future, next purchase already made!

I ordered a tool box from another supplier who advertised a lot and was disappointed by how it was delivered and the state and quality of it and sent it back.Ordered Us pro 51” 3 day delivery,came on a pallets no damage and the quality is much better.Very happy and would recommend it

I have used this company twice now for goods purchased through ebay and both times the goods were delivered very fast (within a couple of days of ordering).
There was a minor issue with the second item but I messaged the company via eBay messenger and received a very prompt reply from Scott who resolved my issue very prompt and professionally.
Goods are very good quality for the price I paid.
I would use this company again without any doubt.

The product is great quality, however the couriers managed to damage two units that had to be returned. A lad called Scott did a fantastic job resolving the issues arranging an overnight delivery, as the product was a birthday present and was time sensitive. Scott went above and beyond what I expected and demonstrated his passion for the products, company and resolving all the issues, saving this sale and future ones. He is a credit to the company.

Excellent price for quality tools and storage. Only issue was no information on the delivery date.

The cabinet arrived promptly, however it had been damaged during transit. After a few call and emails I got through to the relevant department. The chap that I dealt couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Although it would have been great to have the cabinet arrive unblemished,  the customer service was noted and much appreciated. I was offered a partial refund, which I was more than happy with and therefore accepted.

Customer service seems to have fallen over in recent years generally, and it made a refreshing change to deal with someone who was actually interested in dealing with a query/complaint and not fobbing off the customer or given them the run around.

Kind customer service when I called where able to answer all my questions and sort a speedy delivery that worked with my tight schedule. Tool chest is as shown and described exactly what I needed.

Contacted US PRO TOOLS on Black Friday to buy one of their wooden tool box stacks.
Product was delivered next day by their carriers DPD. Not only was it delivered rapidly,it was hand carried ( 3 large boxes) right into my workshop.( Thanks DPD)
Product was better than the website shows.
NO .... IT'S NOT Gerstner ..... But it didn't cost $7500 !!!
Perfect for my needs ( woodworker/ guitar maker/ repairer)...... So I bought another stack and a separate larger toolbox....... All delivered around 24 hours later,in perfect condition and hand carried right into my workshop.

Bought a garage storage system, unfortunately arrived damaged (courier at fault) after a week of messages Scott rang me as messages were slow due to us both being busy and sorted everything out there and then to an outcome we were both happy with, the storage system is also very good quality especially for the price!

Good service and good delivery

Note It's a curbside delivery! because The length of the toolbox, the Courier could not negotiate the curb in the road. on to my property. So literally it had to be dropped off on the roadside. This is not a fault of anyone. It's just the pure size of the toolbox. Luckily, some. friends came to my. assistance. And we got it onto my property for me. I have had boxes from US Pro before. and they did go over the curb but they were smaller boxes. Please note this isn't a criticism. This is just to make the public aware what they are ordering. If anything, I would say this. particular toolbox far exceeds the quality of the previous ones.

Was looking to update my old tools and found ustoolboxes which was offering a heavy duty tool cabinet complete with tools.. Great quality products and fast delivery.. very happy and I can highly recommend this company.. 5 stars from me thanks.

Purchased the toolbox via Ebay fir my son who has just started a machanic apprenticeship. Looking at the delivery it could have been delivered on a Saturday so sent a message to say the garage is closed & they had it delivered the Thursday before way before the estimate. Excellent company to deal with many thanks again
