Good advice.

Fantastic from start to finish
With me being home (along with everyone else) right now, I needed a new machine that could provide a solid experience for work and gaming. Looking at self-building, I didn't want to faff about with lead times and the like, so looked around for a decent option. Utopia's strong reviews, and ethical approach to a living wage swung it for me and I ordered a machine that should last me for a long time.
The order process and build process was great, with lots of communication and advice along the way. Shipment also happened quickly, and I'm glad I ponied-up for the "Armour" as the box arrived looking like DPD had kicked it from Scotland all the way down here. Thankfully the machine was in great condition and I've been really happy using it ever since.

Great quality and amazing costumer support! Been using my device for more than 3 years and its still going strong!! Been in contact with the same guy whenever i needed something like a new battery for instance, his name is Robert - always helpful, quick Replys and very kind. Cheers mate!

Its 2020, Kobe died, there has been mass fires in Australia, earth quakes in Turkey, locust swarms in East Africa but worst of all Covid-19 has made anyone with an IQ of 60 and over isolate with the exception of Demigods who work in care, shelf stacking and PC building. Utopia are no exception, absolutely nailed my build.

Barry the head of the Demigods who is also Scottish ( probs throws the odd tree ) kept me up to date and sorted my order. I was recommended Utopia by friend, who was impressed with their ability and speed to deal with a fault by a manufacturer, I now highly recommend them.

Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable service. We received amazing help, at point of purchase, for every component item, to achieve a balanced and powerful computer to suit our own individual needs and budget. We achieved, in other words, the right computer, first time, at the right price.
We even have options for upgrading later when required. We were very impressed from start to finish. Feel they thought of everything.

I purchased a computer from Utopia in December and had great advice before I actually made my selection.
Once the computer arrived I had reason to call for advice about a slight problem I had (my own ignorance) and was given concise and patient instructions on where I was going wrong.
Overall I would have to say that I am extremely satisfied with the quality of build and the before and after sales service I have received from all at Utopia Computers.

Throughout the buildling I was kept up to date on the progress. Delivery was fast, and I was given the means to track my delivery wherever it went over the 1 day it took to get to my doorstep. The box, or rated case, it was delivered in was made specifically for my pc. On top of that it was ready to use out of the box and the inside is very neatly organised.Rated 5 for excellent service, transparency, quality work and delivery.

Dont know what I would have done if it wasnt for Sean, my son wanted a gaming PC for his Christmas and Sean helped me in every way and to get best price. Highly recommend

Excellent service from start to finish and all the info you need on the technical details that might seem obscure.
Once the computer arrived, it exceeded my expectations and performs perfectly.
With the lifetime labour for upgrades and the build meaning it's entirely upgradeable across all components, I'll definitely be using Utopia Computers as and when I decide to upgrade it in due course.
