The test drive was useful and gave me plenty of time to get a feel for the car. I liked that there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot, which made things much more relaxed. There wasn’t any pushy sales talk or attempts to sell extras either, which I appreciated. It felt like they were happy to let me take my time and decide at my own pace without feeling rushed.Thanks for Sarda for helping me to buy my new car.

Car good & Rahaf didn't rush us
Car good & sales lady Rahaf was very friendly & didn't rush or pressure us.
Obviously they have various add-on products to sell you. I felt the warranty from past experience was over priced for limited cover so have now bought my own for a lot less & much higher claim level.

Our warranties are designed to cover the major mechanical and electrical components that are most likely to require attention during ownership, giving our customers added peace of mind. Skywell BE11 BUYERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL
Skywell BE11 BUYERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL
If you brought a Skywell Be11 from V12 like me. You got fooled by deceptive marketing and like me you probably got a faulty/mis described car.
Here's a list of all the issues with my car that I've had to reject under my consumer rights.
1. Charging lock fault. A serious and potentially fatal hazard. When plugging my be11 on charge it wouldn't lock the cable. Meaning a live cable could be unplugged by hand.
2. Charging speed fault. The car refuses to charge on domestic home chargers are the correct 7.4kw speed. Often caps to 3kw making it impossible to be useable.
3. Charging drop outs. My car lost charge sessions many times.
4. Faulty tpms . Despite correct pressures my car wouldn't stop warning about faulty pressures.
5. False advertising , 7 years manufacturers warranty does not exist. V12 falsely advertised the car with incorrect information.
6. Ancient car. My car was a brand new 2026 on a 26 PLate reg with DVLA June 2026. but when inspecting the car the tyres, glass, seat belts were all from 2024, and the actual certificate of conformity and Vin code shows my car was built Jan 2025. But they sold me this old stock as a brand new 2026 car in July 2026 . The car was 18 months old at the time of our purchase, so not 'brand new'
Icing on the cake is the awful customer services from v12, constant goal posts and deceptive delaying tactics to avoid rejection and then to delay refunding.
My timeline
Car purchased 5th July, car rejected 6th July. Argued my case daily, and didn't get formal rejection acceptance till 13th July. Car was returned and as of 25th July my funds have still not been returned for this lemon of a car.
Do not trust V12 when it comes to buying a Skywell.
Staff are rude, talk over you on the phone, will drive you up the wall.
Know your consumer rights and use the above list. If you suspect anything with you Skywell reject it using my above insights into the various problems.
If you're thinking of buying a Skywell, don't. The cars are unsafe and shouldn't be on the road. They also have another fault of the accelerator pedal continuing to accelerate for 2 seconds after removing your foot off the pedal after quick acceleration. This is DANGEROUS when over taking on UK roads.
Don't trust v12 and don't trust Skywell .

Good selection of cars at competitive prices and friendly staff.
I bought my 3 year old Fiesta ST Line X there two weeks ago and it was a straightforward process to book an appointment for a test drive, purchase and then collect the car. I would use them again.

Sales person had no information about the car he was selling. His answer was ask chat gpt or google it. He went on and on about how he told his brother to buy the car. Completely missed out that the company was in administration and that the warranty was probably void.

Hassle-free car-buying experience
