I enjoyed my time at V12 to be honest and will surely tell people about you. I didn't expect to drive out with my new car but they made the process easy... the manager, Raf I call her business woman, Simon and other staffs I didn't get their names.... they treated me well and explained everything properly. My car is super clean and I'm happy

Sales person had no information about the car he was selling. His answer was ask chat gpt or google it. He went on and on about how he told his brother to buy the car. Completely missed out that the company was in administration and that the warranty was probably void.

Josh has helped make this process super simple with a great knowledge about the car during the test drive.
Lovely experience at V12 Motors and would recommend them

We recently bought a new car for our daughter and are really happy with the whole experience. Rich was brilliant—very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made us feel completely reassured throughout. We never felt under any pressure and felt genuinely valued as customers.
The whole process was quick and straightforward. We traded in our old car as a part exchange and were able to drive away in the new car the very same day, which made everything so easy.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great service and a hassle-free car-buying experience. Thanks again, Rich!

I found a vehicle I was looking for online and initial contact was good. They confirmed that the vehicle had not been involved in any accidents, had a FSH and that there was no damage beyond reasonable wear and tear for a vehicle 14 months old.
I travelled from W Yorks to Wolverhampton for an agreed appointment at 11.00 am. When I arrived the vehicle had not been prepared, was dirty externally and was about to be valeted. During the inspection I was interrupted to go for a test drive. On return the vehicle was whisked away for valet.
The sales approach is all very pally, but they are constantly trying to push extras like ceramic coating, extended warranty etc. and in particular the compulsory 'peace of mind' pack - THIS IS NOT COMPULSORY BTW!
Having been there for nearly three hours, I jumped in the vehicle and drove home. The following morning I noticed damage on rear offside door and wheel arch. I contacted V12, stating I had been assured there was no damage, but they were simply not interested! I now have to foot the bill to rectify. Maybe I was naive, but I would recommend anyone buying a vehicle from these guys to take extra care.

We called V12 on Sunday and placed a reservation fee on a car, we went at 2pm that day to view the car. We were also looking to PX our car, this wasn’t the case in the end due to the very low value they placed on it. But their website stated the quote would be much higher! We walked away without the car and asked for the reservation fee to be refunded, completed a form and was told 5 days for the refund.
Me and my partner then had a chat about funding the car without the PX. We then rang Monday morning to put another deposit down for the same car and we arranged we would go and view the car on Thursday. We were told adamantly multiple times by the manager of the Wolverhampton branch and also the appraisal guy from the same branch that the car would be reserved for us for that Thursday.
We had to call Wednesday evening to figure out if the reservation was valid as the website had changed to say you could reserve it. I had a call back to say the car had been sold behind our back. The person on the phone made out it was our fault because there were 2 different names for 2 different reservations. But nobody bothered to contact the last reservation name to check if it was valid or not. We then asked if there were other options of cars to which we were told yes, there’s one. But 5 minutes later we were then told it was sold that same afternoon. Yet again, messing us around.
I highly suspect that someone walked into the dealer, asked the buy it and they agreed to it, knowing entirely that the reservation was valid and we were going the next day to view it. We’d sorted out insurance for the car etc and taken time out of work to go and see it. The travel was an hour there and an hour back, considering we’d arranged this 2 days prior, we had to call them to check the reservation was still live as the website had changed. Nobody came to us. It was all done very sneakily and underhanded.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They cannot be trusted!

I recently spoke to the dealership regarding holding the car for longer and was assured that it would be possible for a larger fee (I even said I would buy it outright). I then spoke to the company (though a different person) again and was told that is not possible, after taking the advice of the previous phone call and reserving it initially. I was treated with poor customer service and the man on the phone was very rude. It is a shame because I loved the car but poor customer service really ruins the experience! It seems they need to get their facts straight and not give clients mixed advice, especially when they are spending thousands of pounds and travelling a great distance for their car!!

I recently bought a Hyundai car from this motor trader. They told me it had been inspected by the AA and everything had passed. Also that it didnt need a service as this was up-to-date. Wrong! Ive since taken it to a Hyundai dealership to be checked. Firstly it has never been serviced.
Also 3 tyres need replacing. One had 3 punctures in it. One was down to the cord and the other one had cuts in it. Also the inlet oil control valve wiring had previously been repaired looks like the wiring control pins had been glued into the plug and wires are both yellow when they should be white and grey. Previously I had tried to get in touch with V12 regarding the taxing of this vehicle but no response was made. Sent various emails which all came back. Not even a phone call. They were quick enough to take my money. Learnt my lesson go to a main dealership next time.

Bought a Hyundai ioniq hybrid they hurried me while buying the vehicle and didnt let you the vehicle properly. Sold me some BS paint and seat protection which did not work. Bought the car in the winter and in the summer found out the whole A/C system is messed which will cost a lot to fix. STAY AWAY

Disappointing Experience with V12 Sports and Classics – Sold a Vehicle with a Known Fault
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with V12 Sports and Classics and feel that prospective buyers should be aware of the issues I have encountered.
I purchased a Jaguar I-PACE from V12 Sports and Classics and experienced problems with the air conditioning from the outset. In fact, the fault has existed since I took delivery of the vehicle, leading me to believe that the car was sold with a pre-existing defect.
I raised the issue with V12 Sports and Classics on two separate occasions and returned the vehicle to them. Rather than carrying out a thorough investigation into the cause of the fault, I was simply advised to have the air conditioning system re-gassed.
Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem and the air conditioning continued to be unreliable.
As the fault worsened, I sought advice from an independent mechanic, who informed me that this is a known issue affecting some Jaguar I-PACE vehicles. I was advised that the problem is not simply a case of low refrigerant or normal wear and tear, but a recognised manufacturing or design-related defect that can lead to significant air-conditioning system failures and intermittent operation.
What I find most frustrating is that I repeatedly raised concerns with V12 Sports and Classics from the beginning, yet no proper diagnosis appears to have been undertaken. Had the issue been thoroughly investigated when first reported, it may have been identified and resolved before developing into a more serious and costly problem.
I purchased the vehicle in good faith from what I believed was a reputable dealer and expected any faults reported shortly after purchase to be taken seriously. Instead, I feel my concerns were dismissed with a quick fix that failed to address the underlying problem.
Having spent a considerable amount of money on the vehicle, I expected a much higher standard of pre-sale inspection and after-sales support.
My experience has left me questioning whether the vehicle was properly checked before being offered for sale.
Based on my experience, I would urge potential customers to thoroughly inspect any vehicle before purchase and ensure that any reported faults are fully investigated and repaired. Unfortunately, my experience with V12 Sports and Classics has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them based on the service I have received. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)

This has been an absolute nightmare purchase, and what has happened since has made the situation even worse.
We bought our VW from the Wolverhampton dealership two years ago. In December last year, we received a letter informing us that the dealer had never settled the outstanding finance on the vehicle from the previous owner. Since then, despite numerous conversations, assurances, and promises that the matter would be resolved, nothing has been done.
We are now at the point where VW Finance is threatening to repossess the vehicle. We believe we were seriously misled when purchasing the car and this situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience. We are prepared to take legal action and pursue compensation for the losses and distress caused. We will continue to fight this matter until it is properly resolved and those responsible are held accountable

Very pushy on trying to sell you other products abd questioning why when I declined. Only offered £94 part exchange for 2016 peugeot 308 1.2 allure with full service history and 12 months mot against a £11500 car. She even followed us outside when we asked for a few minutes to chat amongst ourselves. Never again 😒 extremely slow in dealing with customers.

It would be 5 stars if it was just for Emily the business manger at v12 but I have to knock a few points off for the sales woman at v12 Wolverhampton after the finance had been approved and agreed before viewing the car by Emily, I test drove the car and was happy with it and after numerous attempts to say I didn’t want any extended warranty or paint protection or fobs they continued to try and drill it it to me, I get the commission side of a business but if a customer says they are ok not wanting any extra products staff should appreciate what they are saying and move on, for some people with anxiety they don’t see what this pushy impact has on people.

Very poor service from start to finish. The staff were rude, patronising, and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the process.
The salesman even asked me how old I was, despite having just taken my driving licence, which clearly showed my date of birth and that I am 27 years old. I found this unnecessary and patronising.
He also asked me to go into a separate room to discuss optional extras, which I politely declined. Rather than respecting my decision, he then went directly to my dad to discuss the add-ons instead, seemingly assuming he was the decision-maker. My dad had to tell him, “I’m not the one buying the car – it’s my daughter.” I found this incredibly disrespectful and felt completely undermined as the customer. To make matters worse, I was repeatedly called “love” and “sweetheart,” which came across as patronising and sexist.
When I got the car home, I found a used biro pen that had leaked ink inside the driver’s side interior. I also discovered mould underneath the boot carpet, despite being told the vehicle had been fully valeted before collection.
The biggest concern came when my dad had the car checked by his own garage. They found the engine had virtually no oil in it and had to add approximately 1.5 litres. Considering the car has variable valve timing, this could have caused catastrophic engine damage. I bought this car with the reassurance that it had been thoroughly inspected and prepared for sale, but this clearly wasn’t the case.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this garage and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

My partner went to view a seat ibiza this morning with the mentality on not buying today to only look. the car salesman got told this on arrival but still continued to push, which is completely okay. the issue we had was the fact he seemed to have zero knowledge about cars, and soon had an opinion my partners current car. my partner left feeling unhappy with service he had but didn’t think much until we had a phone call from the salesman pushing him to buy and came across quite rude. my partner explained he wasn’t looking to buy today and the sales man ended the phone call. we are very unhappy with this behaviour and feel it shouldn’t come from someone who’s main skill should be customer service.

I’ve had a terrible experience. I was specifically told that the hybrid battery had a warranty, and within the first month of buying the car it developed an EV not charging issue. I’ve now been told the battery doesn’t have warranty, and it’s clear the salesman didn’t understand that hybrid batteries and full EV batteries don’t carry the same warranty.
I’ve tried contacting the Wolverhampton store, the contact centre, and even escalated the issue through Resolver, but I’ve had absolutely no communication back. It’s now been over four months with zero response, so I’m in the process of taking this to the Ombudsman or rejecting the finance altogether.

Sell faulty cars, refuse to fix them. False AA reports. Refused to take the car back. Lost thousands, left with a broken car over 2k to fix it so far…
