Sell faulty cars
Sell faulty cars, refuse to fix them. False AA reports. Refused to take the car back. Lost thousands, left with a broken car over 2k to fix it so far…

Genuine advise is to avoid at all costs
The sales staff in the showroom were polite and helpful, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about my experience.
Within 24 hours of collecting the vehicle, it broke down. I contacted V12 and was told it likely needed a new battery. I had to pay for the replacement myself and wait to be reimbursed. From that point onwards, the vehicle has been plagued with faults.
The sat nav stopped working, warning lights repeatedly appeared on the dashboard, and the vehicle began driving erratically. Despite reporting these issues promptly, communication from Matthew was extremely poor, with responses often taking weeks. I was repeatedly told to take the vehicle to an MG dealership, requiring me to take time off work, arrange lifts, and spend my own time dealing with problems that should never have existed on a recently purchased vehicle.
MG carried out diagnostics and repairs, yet the faults continued. Warning lights returned, the sat nav remained problematic, and the car even began stalling in traffic. At that point I completely lost confidence in the vehicle and formally exercised my right to reject it under the Consumer Rights Act. By then I had already given V5 multiple opportunities to repair the vehicle.
Instead of dealing with my rejection request properly, I was once again told to return the vehicle for further inspections. This was despite the fact that previous attempts had failed to resolve the issues. It became clear that V12 were more interested in delaying matters than taking responsibility for selling a faulty vehicle.
The lack of communication has been appalling. Weeks pass without responses, and I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution. In the meantime, I am left driving a vehicle that I do not believe is safe or reliable, constantly worrying that it will break down again.
I also contacted The Motor Ombudsman for assistance, only to discover that V12 are not registered with them. Had I known this and read the volume of negative reviews beforehand, I would never have purchased a vehicle from this company.
What makes this experience even worse is the personal impact it has had. I purchased this vehicle following a serious car accident and during an already difficult period involving a close family bereavement. Rather than providing reliability and peace of mind, this vehicle has caused months of stress, inconvenience, financial uncertainty and anxiety.
I have never experienced customer service as poor as this. Selling a vehicle that develops serious faults almost immediately is bad enough, but the ongoing delays, lack of communication and apparent unwillingness to take responsibility have made the situation far worse.
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from V12 to think very carefully, particularly if you need a dependable family vehicle. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not trust this company to resolve issues fairly or promptly when things go wrong

I recently visited this car showroom and had a genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

Upselling Con
Car marketed at one price. But they would not sell for the price marketed.
They tried to upset to the max.
Told them that I just wanted the car, no extra care packages at all. The salesman then became really arsey and refused to sell the car.
Would not trust them at all. The price advertised is only if you pay for the extras.

Our salesman lied to our face multiple…
Our salesman lied to our face multiple times stating that the “peace of mind” package was “mandatory”. We pressed that we felt this was unfair and disingenuous multiple times and he stood firm that it was “mandatory on all of the vehicles they sell”. I then saw a poster in the room that clearly stated it was an offer, not “mandatory”, the extra cost was then rightfully removed. In my eyes any employee that knowingly lies, and doubles down on the lie multiple times deserves a 1 star review. Lucky he got the sale and does not deserve the commission.

Liam and Jinn
I had an amazing experience with v12 classic cars and Motors. Liam was absolutely brilliant — so patient with us throughout the whole process, and his work ethic was outstanding.
I also want to give a fantastic mention to Jinn. Both Liam and Jinn were incredibly helpful with the purchase of my new car and made everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
Fantastic service all around. Thank you so much — we will definitely be buying from you again!

Professional and courteous service
I travelled down from Scotland to Wolverhampton to view a car, it was ready for me, fully valeted.
The staff were helpful and informative.
Ed the sales agent talked me through the vehicle, finance options, extras, and was not pushy.
Negotiations were amiable, and a deal was struck.
I would recommend V12 as a professional and fair car dealer

Handed over the money for the vehicle…
Handed over the money for the vehicle including high pressure after sales package, that I felt was not needed.
After one and half hours they told me the hand over could not be completed due to ‘incorrect’ I D, documentation , even though I explained to them at the time what I had; no receipt no money I’ve left it this matter with my bank fraud department.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. We bought a car from them for nearly 15k. When we took the car for a test drive, we were only allowed to take it on a short route hence so we did not really get a good feel of the car.
So we bought the car and then after few days of driving we noticed things that were not right.
The stop-start not working, problem with front suspension and then the worst of all the red warnings engine management came on “oil pressure default stop the car now” came up on the dash.
So we try to call them and let them know the issues. We would speak with them and they would promise a call back on the number of time and they would never call back.
So every-time we would call they were just passing the buck and they would say they would say we look into the case and they will call us back within the day which they never did.
So we were very upset and frustrated.
We tried to give the car back as it had or supposed to have 3 months warranty but they would not take it back.
Avoid this company at all costs and save yourself money and headaches.

AVOID AT ALL LENGTHS!!!
From the outset me and my wife had the hard sell. More chips on the car (a 4 year old Citroen ec4 shine at over 10k) than I would have liked but the best didn't appear until I got in and the mess was beyond acceptable. I sent it back to be valeted and it came back as bad again. Then when I popped the bonnet it had obviously not been cleaned from new. But wait, it gets worse, the AC blows hot, whi h I didn't discover for 6 days until it was hot enough. A garage has told me it has been overcharged with a heap DIY self fill kit and so the gas has no room to expand. Now, the history shows that during a main dealer health check in February the ac system was spot on, further evidence being that I have just found the exact fit security screwdriver for the ac schrader valve which h they must have dropped in the car after messing with the ac. Now, so far I have sent 2 emails and had nothing. Their reviews were apparently good but having dug deaper now, there are whole facebook pages filled with angry customers who ha e taken their ars back weeks ago and still not had their money. The customer service ice number is also a massive waste of space. AVOID AT ALL LENGTHS.

Poor Service during Sale and After Sales
Paid around £15,000 cash, Poor customer service, poor vallet when collecting the vehicle.
Previous owners personal information still on vehicle including their address and contact information and their friends contact information.
Rubbish from previous owner in Vehicle including hair and spilt hot chocolate that was hidden by sales person sitting in the seat.
Rushed around the Vehicle so things were not noticed until the Telford Welcome station on way home.
Promised several calls from managers of dealership and aftersafe support.
Partners vulnerable situation was used as a tool to buy extra addons.
I would not recommend, Plenty of emails and Images sent and available
Already spoke to Aftersale and all they gave me was £50 for the Vallet I had to pay for.

DANGEROUS VEHICLE DELIVERED – severe breach of Consumer Rights Act by V12 sports & Classics.
I am forcing an immediate escalation to V12 Head Office regarding an appallingly handled purchase. I brought a vehicle in person on 28th March from the Wolverhampton branch, which was delayed for 46 days for invasive electrical work including replacing the RF receiver, RFA control and Body Control Module (BCM).
The vehicle was finally delivered on 13th May, and it is a safety hazard. It arrived with an immediate, critical towbar fault warning telling me to “STOP DRIVING” the vehicle. Furthermore, there is a total radar signal failure knocking out all front-facing alerts, front cameras and side cameras. To top off this negligent service, the aftersales workshop failed to inspect the car before delivery and the boot rails were left entirely unreplaced.
The car is unsafe, incomplete, and not fit for purpose. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, my 30-day short-term right to reject began on my delivery date (13th May), meaning I have until the 12th June to demand a full refund.
I paid in full via bank transfer. A formal letter before action (Formal Rejection email) has been sent.
V12 Management: Contact me immediately to recover this vehicle and return my money.

I do not recommend this dealership
I do not recommend this dealership. I bought a car from them for over £9,000, and the vehicle was sold without the logbook (V5C) or the green slip. They promised to provide the documents after the sale, but it has now been over two months and I still have not received anything.
Customer service has been very disappointing. When I call, the staff are rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help or even have a proper conversation. Once the car was sold, they completely lost interest in resolving the issue.
Very unprofessional experience — be careful before buying from this dealership.

Really fantastic experience with this…
Really fantastic experience with this company and hadn't used them before. The car was well priced, the show room neat, tidy and very friendly. The sales process was no pressure and informative, Deontae was great and we spoke about exactly what I needed and my budget. The technology of the purchase process worked well and I had no issues with communication by email and text. Simon was fab at car handover, explaining each step and again was done in a friendly, informative and no stress at all manner. Met Greg the manager who came over to say hello. The car is fab, prepared and looking great, I am really happy with it. I would highly recommend the team at V12 and I'd have no hesitation in buying from them again. It really was a pleasurable and stress free process and I genuinely think I have got a great deal with the car. I also suspect if anything did go wrong they would sort it very quickly. Four sites and 2,000 cars, not a small business but felt a family type service. I am not one for long reviews but I felt Deontae, Simon and the team at V12 deserved this one. Steve B
