I mean to be honest it's not the best start as this email was addressed to a Mr Smith.
Marina in the office is a credit to your company as was the salesman Ed. However, I know your trying to sell products on top but when a customer says no that's a no.
Finally and most importantly was the hidden peace of mind charge that I had to pay. Never in any conversation or email correspondence was there mention of this, on the day the salesman said "yh they leave it for us to tell you" luckily I had been paid the day before but this unexpected charge was not included in my budget.

V12 sports and classics are only after 1 thing….your money…once they have your money they will not help you what so ever. Proves my point when waiting on the phone for my warranty for 35 minutes with no answer…ring up sales and the phone is answered within 10 seconds…Richard the sales person is pushy and just wants you to buy and walk away. Part exchanged my car within 7 months. Do yourself a favour girls and guys, go to a main dealer…prices a slightly higher but you get better car with more support if anything goes wrong..oh that pieces of mind pack is also a scam….AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very disappointed with my 2022 Kuga.
All went well during the selling of the car.
I got 2 test drives which I appreciated.
But 4 days after bringing it home, I could not unlock the doors. Had to call the AA who charged me £75 as I did not have home start. They advised me that the battery was weak & should be changed every 2-3yrs. I was told a new battery could cost £150-£250 depending on make? I phoned V12 & I was told to wait until Mon 3rd Nov25, to speak to “after sales”. To make matters worse, apparently the warranty sold by V12 does not cover batteries. So, I will be without a car & maybe £300 out of pocket thru no fault of my own.

Given the generally unfavorable reviews, I was a bit wary purchasing a car from V12 but the prices seemed really good. The day after we got the car it developed an engine rattle and I though "here we go, very coincidental". Took it to a garage who produced a £2k bill just to make it drive able! I went back to V12 (within the 14 day consumer rights period) prepared for a fight but, to be fair to them, they got back to me promptly and offered either a full refund or to pay for the repairs (without going through the warranty). We chose to repair the car and they paid up with no quibbles. We dealt with Tiere in aftersales, who was quick, and efficiently dealt with the issues with no nonsense.

Experience could have been good, during purchase process I have informed V12 agent I would like to name vehicle log book on Mrs name. But later, I have been told that as I have financed the car, V5 would be on only my name. If I have been informed earlier, I could have financed on Mrs name instead. Also advise for other buyers:
1)Buy vehicle at the start not end of the month otherwise you end up paying road tax for days you have not used vehicle
2)Make sure you give yourself enough time to do test drive and arrange vehicle insurance to drive off. Whole process may take 4 to 5 hours
3)Do get warranty quotations from other companies in advance for potential car you want to buy

It is unfortunate that delivery was not available.
Equally unfortunate that there was only one key. Not communicated before my arrival. The car was very dirty under a shiny exterior. The salespeople I dealt with, mainly Ed Dunk, were courteous, helpful and told me all I wanted to know if a little too pushy about the extras available which could have increased the price by £2K+. This delayed my departure.

After sales are a joke! After buying my car, the AA had to come out, as the battery was dead and no oil in the engine after there AA check list said there was oil in the engine. Thing to get a manager from after sales was a complete waste of time! I have still had no phone call or email back from a manager! It makes me wounded what would they do if the engine seized driving back to Manchester!? No apology and no compensation from this company. The sales team who sold me the car were good, short staffed on the day, so took 4 hours to leave.

Service in the showroom was ok, unfortunately being all electric, the car only had minimum charge. Not knowing the area and not being able to find the nearest charge point, both the main battery pack and the the electronics battery completely draining, resulting in having to booking into a city centre hotel. In all, including two recovery vehicles and hotel £600. Yes I had AA brake down through v12 but without a reference number totally useless. Needless to say, not very happy

Very poor customer service only interested in getting you to pay for expensive policies. I had arranged to collect my Tesla EV with a full charge as I was driving 170 miles plus back home and was told it would be fully charged, when I collected the car it was in poor condition (dirty and scuffs on bodywork) and only 120 miles of range. I was not given any advice on charging the vehicle including downloading Tesla app so on my journey home it took me over 10 hours to do a 3 hour journey as I had only an ac charger to charge the car. Just really poor service and like I said only interested in getting you out of the door ASAP so they can move onto the next punter. Caveat Emporum, seek a better dealer than this mob.

The advert and first line support (booking of appt) went smooth.
I personally did not like the call centre lay out of the office, very “sales like” overseen by a senior person sat at the front.
I did not find the salesman to be personable, a tad condescending at times, closed in his answers. I felt I had to prise information from him. There was no introduction to the engine or offer to open the bonnet or boot. My granddaughter and I had to struggle outside ourselves. After not being able to open the bonnet we had to locate him, he also struggled and someone from the back came out. I had to request information on the functionality of the dials within the car. Massively missing opportunities to upsell the functions. He promoted a “free” AA package which upon closing the deal with an amazing man Simon who took the time with smiles, warm tones and very engaging personality explained the “true” offer. My words not his!
My second purchase from V12 albeit a different branch and definitely a different experience. We spent 20 mins or so outside after purchase aligning seats, mirror etc. just a thought a great after sale touch would have been nice if someone was there to support.
The car needed cleaning, crumbs under the seats, the hinge under the bonnet needed oiling as it struggled to open, rubbers around the engine coming off and needed glueing obvious items which informed that this car had not undergone the so called checks that they do!
In contrast the administration and financing was smooth and systems aligned to ensure and support a sale.
A heavy male dominated environment, maybe introduce some females to soften the sales experience.
The car drives well, I will take it to my garage to check over as no service history provided for last year.

I bought my car from V12 Sports & Classics about two weeks ago. At first, everything looked promising — the photos on Autotrader made the car look great, and it seemed in good condition when I arrived. However, I immediately noticed the alloys were different from what was shown in the advert.
The staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. They make it sound like you’re buying a dream, but the reality is quite different. I paid £800 for a two-year warranty after being told it “covers everything.” The same day I drove home, I noticed issues with the suspension. When I contacted the warranty company, they said they’d only cover part of the repair — not even half of the cost.
Since then, trying to get in touch with the dealership has been frustrating. Most of my calls go unanswered, and when someone finally picks up, they promise to call back but never do.
Overall, I feel very let down by the experience. The warranty was oversold, communication after the sale has been poor, and I wouldn’t recommend V12 Sports & Classics based on my experience.
