The showroom staff were friendly, polite and helpful. They also weren't pushy. There was plenty of time to look over the vehicle before the test drive which went well, although I felt it could have been a little longer to get a proper feel for the car. Negotiations over the part exchange were handled efficiently and resulted in an agreeable price. The handover also went well and time was allowed to remove everything from the old car into the new one. Overall, very satisfied. However once we arrived home I discovered that the valetting could have been better, as while the outside looked clean, under the bonnet and round the door closures were covered with what looked like a thick layer of lime dust, possibly the car had been through a deep, lime filled puddle and been sprayed with it. This should have been checked and cleaned properly before handover. Also it took some time to discover how to re-initialise the software for a new owner: this also should have been done before handover. The average, non-technical person would definitely have struggled with this. Other than those two points I was happy with the process and would consider dealing with V12 another time.

We purchased a Kia Ceed from v12 Sports and Classics, Worksop. We’ve got to say the care and attention to detail we received from Simon and Ollie was amazing. They Made us feel very relaxed and at ease through the whole process. Thank you Simon for your patience! :)

One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. What should have been a simple part exchange turned into a drawn-out, confusing mess where the figures seemed to shift depending on the conversation. The valuation I was initially given didn’t match what I was later presented with, and no one could give a straight, clear explanation as to why. It felt completely opaque and incredibly frustrating.
On top of that, the relentless push to sell an expensive warranty was exhausting. It wasn’t a helpful recommendation—it felt like pure pressure. No matter how many times I tried to steer the conversation back to the actual deal, it kept coming back to add-ons and extra costs.
The whole experience came across as disorganised at best and deliberately unclear at worst. I left feeling like I couldn’t trust a single figure being put in front of me. If you’re considering buying from here, go in with your guard up, question absolutely everything, and be prepared to walk away.

I found the test drive with Jon Hill really helpful. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I had a chance to get a proper feel for the car. The process of arranging the deal was straightforward, and it felt like Jon was trying his best to secure a good outcome for me. However, on handover day, things were less efficient than expected. There was a lot of waiting around, and no refreshments were offered during that time.

Avoid Avoid Avoid.
After spending a day at the garage to be told the car would not be ready and they would deliver it.
Day of delivery waiting in all day to be phoned at 1700 that day to be told the car broke down on its way to me in Birmingham, and it was awaiting recovery and someone will call me the next day.
The next day someone finally called me to say yes the car broke day but this time in Bristol and it was being taken back on to the garage to be looked at when I asked was it be recovered they said no it will be driven back slowly in limp mode and someone will be in touch.
Since then I have not heard from the garage and after lots of calls and emails have had no reply.
The car was taken out on finance who are not chasing me for payment for a car I have not received and definitely no longer want.
After going back on the company’s web site this morning I have found they are reselling the car again for a car which I have paid for on finance and paying the car tax for.
For information the car is a Peugeot 308sw in blue.

I bought a vehicle from v12 i spent 32k i drove out of the show room and there was a nocking noise, i took it back straight away. They told me to take it
Home and they would send me a email and they would cover the cost of fixing it. Ive had no email ive phoned v12 and just got fobbed off to their warranty company. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. The vehicle is in a garage which the warranty company has booked it in. They found numerous things wrong with it.Then the warranty company told me the garage was to expensive to use. Ive spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to sort this out and still no further forward. Ive email to reject this vehicle as you can't speak to anyone on the phone. All i want is this to be rectified the company is a absolute joke

Went to have a look at a very nice looking mercedes C300D, Salesman met me and took me straight in to take all my details for Finance without looking at the car first (as they said they would be busy later on) i refused and wanted to look at the car first.. upon further inspection the boot was full of mold.. not great for a 2 year old car especialy a mercedes.. salesman tried to gloss over this and said it would be thourghly cleaned, my question is it should have been looked at on arrival... salsman tried to be funny but turned himself into a bit of a idiot when i mentioned a dent in the rear door, i wasnt happy about it and he tried to say oh what a catastrophe a tractor must of hit it at 47mph.. at this point i walked away.. shame as it was all i wanted and more and lost the sale due to idiocy.. and also the price was different on the screen to the website...

Bought a car from these and took out the gold warranty to later find out that it doesn't cover what i took it out for also the aa inspection is a waste of time and the car passed a mot with suspension arm problems also the £150 admin fee is to cover the 3 month silver warranty but if you take the gold out thwy don't refund it later found a Facebook page were 100's off ppl have bought faulty cars and v12 don't care just fob you off

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
The company are selling very poor cars, AA inspections are fake or incomplete. I bought a car and within 24hours it developed multiple faults include the engine management light. 3 Mechanics looked at the car and all all said ‘run a mile.’ The previous faults had been cleared recently and the independent garage sent by my car finance provider said these issues were present prior to sale.

I recently purchased a vehicle through V12 and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.
I was clearly advised that an MOT advisory (a nail in the tyre) would be repaired prior to collection. This was a basic safety issue. However, this was not done, and the tyre later blew out while I was driving. I was fortunate to keep control of the vehicle.
More concerning than the issue itself has been the complete lack of response afterwards. I contacted them directly to raise this and have since followed up, but have received no reply at all.
This raises serious concerns about both pre-sale preparation standards and after-sales support. When something goes wrong, you would expect at least an acknowledgement and a willingness to engage.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone buying through V12 independently verifies that all agreed work has been completed before taking the vehicle.
