I spoke with this company about an Evoque ET19 YRM. I asked about PA for my car and went to great detail to explain the condition of the car and the fact that it is a Cat S vehicle, I've owned for 5 1/2 years. I was given a trade in figure. I called again to explain my wife and I would travel 2.5 hours each way to see this car, as we are keen, again I called to ensure the TA value was accurate, and told it was. I was VERY clear about condition and Cat S. I turned up, saw the car, which was completely unprepped aside from a bit of a valet. There was a very prominent (what looks like blood) stain on the back seat, two damaged rims, and a dink in one door and grease coming out of the door handles, all conveniently omitted from the pics. But I was still interested at the right price. First thing the sales rep did was launch into paint protection and warranty extras, adding them to the price. Also, tried to sell finance, when I had repeatedly confirmed I did not need it. Then I pressed them for car value, and they came back with one £2K+ less than had been quoted! Said because it's a Cat S, which they knew, but they insisted they had told the person who gave me a price, to tell me the one I was given in the showroom. I would not have gone all that way, wasted all that money on petrol had they given me that. Anyway, a total waste of time and an overpriced vehicle. When it started up, it briefly sounded clattery, first sign of future timing chain issues. Has missed a service 455+ days ago, and had many owners, so warning signs. Still, if the deal had been right, and they had extended the warranty, I'd have taken the vehicle, and replaced the rear seat. Not a good experience. Wasted most of my day.

Bought a car that was broken. Needed a new clutch as soon as we bought it. V12 has terrible communication with the garage, took forever to authorise the work (which still hasnt happened at this point). After sales team useless, if you can actually get through to them.

My experience today at v12 has been outstanding experience. Mia has helped us today at handoff and has been really helpful with this already stressful experience. Her communication and answer to question have been brilliant and I would highly recommend this senior handoff specialist to any who is picking up their keys from v12 Worksop.

Please be careful when purchasing a vehicle from these you’re more or less forced to put to Google review and trustpilot review before they will sell you the car and if you do not take out their extra warranty they do not like it at all and are quite forceful with the Sales. I was happy to take just the 30 days that comes naturally with a car and they were not happy about it at all low and behold the dashboard on my electric mini has failed 10 days after. now nobody will answer the phone. Nobody replies to emails so I’m having to now start my legal process against them.

I recently visited the dealership to purchase a car and worked with Gernell Singh. He was very professional and approachable throughout, making the process straightforward. During the test drive, he provided clear information and took time to address my questions, which helped me feel confident in my decision. What stood out most was how genuine he was—our conversation felt natural, not focused solely on the sale, which I appreciated.
The experience went smoothly, and I’m really pleased with my new car. Having someone like Gernell guide me through made it easy and enjoyable.

Reserved a car for a few days . I rang ahead to the Worksop branch and told them I was coming a day in advance and told them to prepare the car for my arrival and departure. As I had a 3hr drive north .Once onsite I was dealt with by a rude salesman called Tony. Car was filthy, hadn’t been charged , warning for tyre pressure was on display. Tony had very little knowledge of the car . Very pushy on finance and aftercare warranty . Got home and there was no type 2 charger in the vehicle. After calling the branch and being told one would be sent out . I received a call a day or so later by Tony who stated they would not be sending any charger out , as it’s a used car that’s how it is . Car was almost £26k .After voicing my opinion on that , I was cut off by Tony. Very dissatisfied with this company and would advise anyone to be very cautious when purchasing here.Must be known that girl in office who signed documents was pleasant and efficient .Several emails complaining sent to them with not a single reply .

The team were polite and professional throughout. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a price that suited me, and the process was completed within the same day. Their friendly approach made things straightforward and pleasant. I would consider buying here again in the future.

Jess and Mia kept me informed throughout the process, explaining what was happening with my purchase. Their approach was both friendly and professional, which made things easier. The way they handled everything felt very organised and straightforward. They had a welcoming manner that put me at ease during what can sometimes be a stressful experience. I appreciated how clear and timely their communication was, as it helped avoid any confusion or delays.

I purchased a BMW from v12 on the way home tyre pressure fault code came on then when reversing the car was shuddering and the motorised boot wouldn't operate correctly it turned out faulty sensor for tyre pressure ,the boot required parts to fix but best of all the transmission was faulty £6000 plus to repair was the diagnostic we had at a BMW specialized garage to which they would not pay for the repair .This car dealer do their own MOTs and passed an AA inspection then sold it to me ,when trying to contact the company they will not answer phone no aftersales just put through warranties 2000 , which you are forced to pay £170.00 on top of car price for this warranty .Due to the fact i found all the problems with car in 24 hours i did finally got my money back only due to consumer rights 30 days , Dealing with v12 and warranties 2000 was the most unpleasant experience i have ever had in my life you are treated like a second rate citizen huge amount of time on phone and emails no customer skills and was forced to pay £200 to get car collected .Not what i expected when paying £32000 for a car .

Terrible after-sales service
We bought a used Audi e-tron from V12 Sports and Classics in October 2025 and the experience since then has been awful.
At the point of sale, we were told a chipped windscreen would be repaired as part of the deal. Months later, despite repeated emails and phone calls, it still hasn’t been sorted. We are now simply being ignored.
Within four months of owning the car, we also had water leaking into the footwell. The diagnostic report confirmed that the vents below the windscreen had been blocked for some time, meaning this had clearly been building up over a period of time. We ended up paying for the diagnostics ourselves after getting nowhere with the dealership.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are not returned, and once the car was sold, any interest in helping seems to have disappeared.
They were very quick to sell the vehicle and upsell extras, but when problems came up shortly after purchase, they showed no urgency at all. For a company selling premium vehicles, the level of aftercare has been shocking.
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to think very carefully about what happens if something goes wrong after the sale.
