This website was great resource also the place we stayed was amazing love it would Def use them again

Except for a few roaches our stay was good. The beds, room sizes, and cleanliness was good. I would return if that was the only place with an opening.

There was a mess up with my reservation, not sure by who by who, but Wyndham had is straighten out within 30 minutes of our check in.

Very nice resort, kept up well. Staff was mostly helpful and friendly. Not sure why pools were closed when it rained (with no lighting present) as it rains a LOT in Orlando in June. Condo was awesome. Restaurants were a bit pricey and quite slow. It would be nice if some food option, on-site, stayed open late to accommodate late evening returns from the parks. Local transportation is practically a must. Most places are too far to walk in the rain/heat. Shuttle was OK. Had one great driver that was very informative and another that crashed our bus into a pole. Overall a nice stay but a rental car would have fixed most of our troubles!

House keeping tried to say that they didn't find I I pad left in the room. After further investigations they said they had it. I wonder if the cleaning company is the right company

We were able to book five 2 bedroom Villa's for our family Orlando stay. I made several call to them and everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. I will gladly recommend and use them again. Great customer service!

Vacatia representives were great booking was great everything went as the directions noted. The resort itself could have been alot better, it was not very clean. The floors were not moped the showers were not cleaned. The bed linen didn't look clean either, so the first 2 hrs of my vacation I spent it cleaning instead of swimming with my family. I washed all bed linen, mopped, wiped all surfaces, srayed everything with lysol. The location of the resort was great quiet family friendly.

The hotel staff were excellent and the rooms were very spacious and clean!

Room was great. Problems with the website showing no rooms available, but it was fixed the next day.

Customer sevices was excellent .Everyone I talked too on phone was polite and answered my questioned.Thanks for great service will be using Vacatia again for next journey😁

I love the property we were on Regal property Resort .me my family we enjoyed all the property had to offer.the pool .the arcade for my grandkids.and the bar area for us audults .the homes were beautiful.we will return again soon..Thanks so much.

Vacatia is great!! They allowed me to make my reservation on my family vacation and make payments on it until I paid it in full right before our trip. We had a wonderful time at Star Island Resort and I would recommend it to everyone!!
