30A Vacation

Nice, clean room. The Inn is very well maintained. The balcony was very nice, since we were in an end unit, it wrapped around. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing.

Very comfortable.

The unit was very nice, with special touches of handcrafting. The owner was very responsive to my questions, and went out of his way to help.

Ski trip

A wonderful house with easy ski in ski out. Great sleeping arrangements for large groups. There are three fireplaces and a great game room with access to large hot tub. Kitchen and dining room offers great eating arrangements. House is very secluded and quiet.

The house in Marquette provided us with everything we needed for an excellent weekend with friends. We will definitely stay here again.

Worse vacation unit

The building has 40 floors and only one elevator working. Only way to catch it is to go to the lobby, where you have to join the group waiting to board. We waited on the 3rd floor (parking) and every time the elevator opened, it was full so we couldn't go in with all our luggage. Went to the lobby and was also a line. We decided to haul our luggage up the stairs to the 26th floor.
Laundry facility for the entire building -> 3 washers & dryers
Low water pressure, the drain was clogged in the shower.
There was no water in the unit the following morning around 4 am, so I had to go to ABC Store to get bottles of water for personal hygiene. Water came back around 9 am. This is supposed to be a vacation, with no stress, we were stressed and frustrated the moment we arrived. Contacted the manager and informed her that we're leaving at 10 am that same day.

Clean and comfortable unit.

Although I did not spend much awake-time in the unit, I found it to be clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, comfortable, and I slept well. The only "cons" might be that the sofa and chairs were a bit dated and that the water pressure in the shower was weak. The tub and shower tile most likely are in need of updating. I would spend time in this unit again if I was returning to the area.

High service fees

The rentals appear very nice and fairly priced but the service charges vacation rental charges forces me to give my business to less expensive options.

Perfect condo!

This two bedroom / two bathroom condo was perfect for my husband, 12-year-old daughter & I !!! We overlooked the pool and could see the Sea of Cortez. The short walk to the beach was breathtaking! The views and the grounds are so beautiful! The owner is so kind and lets you use his snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels! The swim-up bar is the best! The food at the swim-up bar is also delicious! I can't say enough great things about our experience in Cabo!

The Cozy apartment

The one bedroom apartment was cozy. We had all the conveniences we needed. The apartment had a private patio for our enjoyment. It also had cable, internet and unlimited local calls. The decor was pleasing. The description of the apartment on the internet was accurate and on point.

I would recommend vacation rental to everyone.

Think hard before booking

*** I only give it a 1 star, because there no options below that***
I don't even know, where to begin, but I will try to give you all the information about this house. My recommendation, would be try to look for another house...
Firstly, this house does not have 5 bedrooms. The room that the owner refers to as a fifth room, is a seating area with a couch bed and it is very small, which makes it hard to select who is going to sleep there, since people think that, it was a 5 bedroom while booking and when they arrive there,it is not!!!
Make sure that when you check in the first day, that the owner is there and do a throughout walk of the house, because when we checked in, the owner was not there and when we left, she did not give us our full deposit back,out of $250, she gave us $50 stating that we put a hole on the back of the master room door, really, we did not have any kids in the house and the room was occupied, by our parents, which I doubt they could forcefully open the door that would cause the extended of damage the owner vividly explained and the owner kept the deposit...
Also because of a stain that was going to require deep cleaning and because we did not removed 2 balloons, we cleaned that house even after paying for the house cleaning after we leave, but since we forgot to take off the balloons, come on that is not acceptable!!!!.The house lack complete necessities to accommodate the renters, such as enough spoons,forks, pan, ect... we left a pot there, they did not call to remind us, did they, but reminded us of all the details, if you are renting the house to have a party or family reunion, ect forget it .There is a limit of 4 cars I believe to be park at the house.
For the amount of money and rules and regulations they have have, they can fix up the house and the plumbing of the house is not the best, takes a while to flush, there is more I can say about the conditions , but I'm sure you get the picture.
After the owner refunded the $50 dollars, we call and asked, they had a lot to say about the repairs,but how would you even know, you should of been there when people leave your house.To my believe, the people before us or even before that were just victims of the circumstances, probably that hole and stain are being charge over and over and the repairs are not being done.
Since, we told them about the cleaning fee and the "hole and stain" they stopped replying to the emails, woww how unprofessional...Renters, ASK questions, Do a throughout walk DEMAND for the owner to be there before and after....

Very bad experience

Booking an accommodation is not intuitive and confusing. The cost is deducted immediately on booking but refund is taking really long time. Customers are not updated about the status of refund and no proper explanation given when called customer service.

Booking Experience

My wife and I are booked to stay at the Hawaiian Monarch from March 1-31/2017 in a unit owned and managed by Eriko Francisco. It seems that after we made our final payment he has not responded to our emails sent to him regarding our flight arrival details which I asked him to acknowledge. Does he not check or respond to emails after he has received his payment? The booking and payment process was relatively easy but I would like to hear from him regarding our arrival time.
