We have used Vacations Rentals more than once along with their affiliated sites. We have never had a problem with any house we have rented. The pictures are always accurate that Vacation Rentals puts up, you can get an instant quote for the cost, talk with the owners and purchase trip insurance. We have never been dissatisfied with this company!

Since the first time i used Vacation Rentals, i don't stay in hotel's anymore,much more desirable to stay in vacation rentals and more cost effective. The decription of properties has alwayes been very true to word.

Service was acceptable.

Don't rent any units in this community. The AC Unit is monitored where you can't adjust the temperature below 74 degrees during the day. There is no one on the premises to monitor behavior, so we were up until 1:30am listening to loud rowdy people at the pool all night and you could hear everything. The pool is suppose to close at 10pm, but with no on there to enforce it people do as they please. I contacted the lady over the rentals, but she didn't get back to me until the next day, which was too late. My whole family was tired from not much sleep and hot during the day!

It was very easy to find and book beautiful places fast response and easy payments.

The description of the Casa Munecas was not accurate. The Jacuzzi was empty and when 2 of the renters arrived (not the primary contact) and called the owner to let her know of their arrival, they asked about the Jacuzzi. She told them that was why we got a discounted price. As the primary contact, I had never been told that I got a discounted rate because of the Jacuzzi not working. The property needs maintenance. This was our first experience renting a house and would probably do it again but not this property.

We were able to schedule this very last minute, they were flexible, helpful and kind. Bear 10 is beautiful, the surrounding community is as well. Jax (I think) did a great breakfast, and HA brewery fabulous dinner with amazing beer. What a get-away.

The communication with the owner was excellent. She always responded quickly. The place was cute and quiet. I felt safe while I stayed there. The place was so close to Universal studios. We had not problem with our travels.
I would definitely recommend this place!

We were very pleased with our stay here. The home had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We went as a family and it was nice to have the extra space to spend time together. The location was great and easy to find- it was close to the bridge, ferries, and downtown shops. The decor was fresh and enjoyable. It was easy to feel at home. The owners Stef and Bret are very nice and friendly people. They help us get to know about the town and place to eat and shop. We love the place so much and would definitely stay here again. I would easily recommend this property to friends and family members.

Overall the website is easy to handle. It is just that I don't have as many as booking as I was hoping. I'm not sure why, especially that I get my property fully booked on another platform. And in that case, the fees are too much.
However, the experience I had with my only guest from this website was amazing.

A simple process that almost anyone could manage

Accommodations were excellent and the staff outstanding. The location in La Jolla could not be beat, walking distance to everything. Would recommend to all!

This is the 3rd time we have rented through VacationRentals and have always loved all the choices of places to stay at no matter where we are going. We have met some great owners, and always felt comfortable with our arrangements through VacationRentals.

You can always find something good for you

My experience with Homeaway was great. The home was beautiful and well maintained. The owner gave good instructions and was quick to respond to any questions or needs. My elderly parents absolutely loved the home and felt very comfortable.

The online process was very confusing. I had to give my credit card # THREE times including to a local realtor to get the rental book. Not an efficient process. Also, getting help and clarity on what to do next was a nightmare with an overseas operator. Limited knowledge and English. Hopefully the rental will be worth it!

The apartment we rented was in an excellent location. It was very comfortable and clean. The owners were very helpful, even meeting us to provide a tour of the facilities. The amenities available were outstanding. We would definetly consider this apartment in the future.
