I had a decent experience with Valentine Wigs UK. Communication was good, and delivery went smoothly with notifications provided. Their range is impressive, and prices are competitive. While the service was generally reliable, it didn't stand out overall to me. The packaging was secure, but I feel there’s room for improvement in some areas.

The wig I ordered was nothing like the quality or colour advertised on the web site. Gratitude Wig Gabor Essentials Collection. Medium Blonde. I could see right through the front to the base & the colour was more like a copper gold. Dont touch this company. They are crap.

I can't express how amazing the customer service is at this company! They have gone above and beyond to help me and it's really appreciated. I've just received my first order and I'm delighted with it. I did do alot of research to get the colour and density I wanted. Excellent experience and very satisfied. The wig was exactly as I had ordered. The colour, the fit. Value for money as I had paid far more for the same wig from a shop.
I was anxious about ordering online I took a gamble and it paid off.
In my experience new wigs need time to settle down. The more I wear it the more it starts to fit my face and looks great. I would highly recommend and I would buy from Valentines again with confidence. Helena x

I’ve bought a few wigs from this lovely company and I always receive wonderful, personal communication from them.
I’ve just recently purchased a piece that I wanted for my wedding hair and it was just wonderful. I felt like a princess and the hair, which is sooo similar to my bio hair before the alopecia started, just made me feel so much like myself and so confident. As soon as I stepped out of the wedding car and into the venue, the registrar and the wedding coordinator both commented on how beautiful my hair was.
I will always return to this company for my wigs. The communication from Mary & Val is wonderful x

I made my first purchase from Valentine Wigs in April last year based on their wide range of choices and their competitive prices and I’ve continued to use them ever since . It can be a daunting and upsetting experience buying a wig and it’s so vital to be able to trust an online retailer for such an important decision and Valentine wigs offer that comfort . The ordering process is very straightforward and the goods are securely sent . Enquires are always answered promptly either by email or on line chats and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
