I have recently purchased a number of pieces of alternative hair from Valentine Wigs and all were as advertised and great quality. (This isn't always the case when buying online from retailers.) But the reasons I keep returning, outside of being happy with my purchases, is that their customer service is top notch. I have dealt with a few different people but I want to give Mary a positive shout out because she has always been helpful (and patient with my questions) as well as kind when communicating via email. And it felt personal, not just a business transaction. And while not a demand because I know they have much business to do, it is an extra touch that brings a smile to my face. Thank you Mary!! I live in another country - I just moved from the US - and so I had to find a company closer to where I am now and am soooo very happy I found Valentine Wigs. Their products, their honesty/integrity and customer service have made it easy to be a repeat customer.

Best UK wig company out there.
I love Valentine Wigs. The prices and regular offers are excellent and the service is exemplary throughout - I don't even bother looking anywhere else for my wigs. They also have an excellent choice. I like to look up wigs that interest me via regular knowledgeable reviewers on You Tube, which I find very helpful and if I need any further information, Valentine Wigs are brilliant & very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. 100% recommend!

Valentine wigs are simply the best
Valentine wigs are simply the best. Best prices, best offers, best communicators, best customer service.
I like to try different styles and so have purchased quite a few wigs from them over the years. Only once have I needed to return a wig as I chose a colour that really didn't suit me. There were clear guidelines about returns and the process was completed smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lovely wig company.
They have a great choice of wig designs and manufacturers for all wearers. Colour choice is fantastic. The staff are always happy to help and lovely to speak to. Their postage is very reasonable and their packaging discreet. They have a loyalty system which is a smashing idea. What is nice, is the little 'thank you ' that's always found in your wig box. I will certainly continue to use Valentines wigs.

Very professional and helpful firm to deal with
I was so impressed with the help I got from Valentine wigs. I spoke to Richard who opened an account for me and sent me an email to fill in so I didn't have to pay Vat, being on chemo. He confirmed the advantages of the wig I'd chosen. The wig arrived in less than a week. This is the best wig I've had. So light, comfortable and a perfect fit. A very good price too

Valentine wigs are the best wig company in the Uk
Valentine wigs are the only company I would use to buy my wigs from. Richard and all the staff are so friendly with first class service, whatever advise you need they are always on hand to help you. They are also the best priced company to buy from, all the other companies are dearer and they don't have the personal touch of Valentine wigs.

I ordered a wig but I had to sign a…
I ordered a wig but I had to sign a disclaimer for a no refund. This in itself is against the law but I did this in good faith. I know the style of wig so I was confident that it would be ok but I wanted a darker colour. I saw the exact colour on the screen. When the wig arrived, it wasn’t a warm, coppery colour as in the photo. It was a cold bright brassy blonde. I contacted the company but I was told about the no refund policy. This is against the law and my rights as a consumer for buying online. The law states that I have 14 days to return the wig with a full refund. I will be doing this with a covering letter stating that if I don’t get a refund, I will be going to the small claims court.
If the colour was anywhere near as advertised, the wig would be ok.

Our products, sourced from American manufacturers, are specifically designed for customers familiar with their products and are sold as non-returnable items. This policy, which you agreed to prior to placing the order, was clearly communicated to ensure transparency.
In addition to you agreeing to the terms and conditions we emailed you soon after the order was placed, advising you that the order was non-returnable and included the following message:
“If you are unsure of the style or colour, we urge you to cancel now as proceeding with this order may be an expensive mistake for you.”
Regarding colour discrepancies, it's important to note that screen colours can be misleading and should be used as a general guide. To assist our customers in making more informed decisions, we offer a Colour Ring Loan Programme, allowing you to view colour swatches firsthand. You can find more details here: https://www.valentinewigs.co.uk/pages/colour-ring-loan-programme. We encourage all our customers to take advantage of this service to ensure they select the correct colour.
While our no refund policy applies to non-faulty products, it does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, we will certainly address the issue in accordance with the law.
We regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused and hope this explanation clarifies our policies and procedures.
GREAT AFFORDABLE PRICES! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I highly recommend this company. I intend on using them from now on. What none of the other reviews have stated, is just how much cheaper they are than other wig sites/companies. I was nervous buying from a new company but glad I took the gamble. They take a little longer than other companies but I'd rather wait an extra week to save €100+ in the price difference. Please note in Ireland Customs will hit you with an extra €70 or €80 quid but that's not Valentines fault and you'll have to pay that if you order from any UK company.
I'm a chocoholic so appreciated the chocolate. I LOVE my wig and I will be back. Thank you for the wonderful service. :)

Firstly, we would like to acknowledge that it was not the first order from your address. Unfortunately, most of these orders were returned in an unsatisfactory state. As per our policy, we only accept returns in pristine condition as they are returned to the manufacturer, who may offer them for resale after hygienically sanitising them.
Regarding the confusion with names, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, we had to address the issue as we received a wig from your address that was purposely ripped and claimed to be faulty. This situation compelled us to take necessary measures.
Please understand that all wigs are thoroughly checked prior to being packaged and dispatched by both the manufacturer and Valentine Wigs. We take great care and pride in ensuring each customer receives their purchase in perfect condition. If we ever receive unsatisfactory items from our supplier, we promptly inform our customers and reorder the piece, although this is a rare occurrence.
Given our confidence in our quality control processes and customer service approach, we do not believe the wig was received by you or your mother in the condition described. Our team is diligent in checking all items before dispatch and any damage would have been noticed.
We returned your damaged wig and processed a full refund for this order. Unfortunately, no further orders will be accepted from your address. This decision is final and will not be reviewed in the future.
We hope this clarifies our position and the actions taken.
Topper replacement…
I received a topper and after wearing it a few times, I noticed it was shedding a lot of hair fibres. I contacted the company who said they would sort this for me.It did take a couple of weeks but it was replaced.The company was polite at all times and were really sorry for any inconvenience it caused.I would recommend this company.Lindsay.

Had such bad luck with wigs until I ordered with valentine. They stay in contact with you all the way. I had ordered my wig to dark so I rang them, very helpful.got refunded They sent it back all the way to Germany and reordered in a lighter colour.im so happy with the wig and the company. Been very helpful and really good for discount and loyalty points even have a colour ring loan program great idea. Defo use this company again and will not try anywhere else.
