I stumbled across this company after using another wig company for many years. I couldn't believe the difference in most of their prices ...same wig 10 or even 20% cheaper !
I've had a few wigs now from Valentine wigs and have never looked back. Super company and same great service . Keep it up Richard,Mary and Co . !

I honestly don't think I'd use anyone else,their selection and customer service is excellent!!!

I have been a repeat customer about 6 times with Valentine Wigs. Not just because they are the cheapest, but their customer service is excellent. A gorgeous friendly helpful team. They also have a loyalty scheme and regular offers/discounts.
I really wouldnt go anywhere else.

The only reason I gave this 2 star review is brcause I ordered my hair piece and was expecting it to be here and delivered waz not told until I actually finally got through to Richard that it actually hadn't been ordered which was a bit of a let down az was wanting it for a special occasion I've never had any problems before until now

I’ve ordered a few wigs from Valentine’s. Their communication is always good. They have gone out of their way to source something which wasn’t available in the UK for me and their loyalty bonus scheme is brilliant.

Valentines are fabulous. They are everything you could wish for in a company that you are buying from. I have total confidence when purchasing anything as I know advice or help are only a phone call or email away. I have bought from several wig companies over the years but when I found Valentine Wigs they are the only one I buy from now. I do wish I had found them years ago. Their professionalism but very friendly and down to earth approach is so nice and refreshing it makes you feel that you’re a member of an exclusive club with friends. The fact they are based in the UK also makes a difference.

I would highly recommend Valentine Wigs, they have extremely competitive prices, excellent customer service and regular offers and discounts. You are kept up to date with the progress of your orders and delivery. Now I've found Valentine Wigs I'm going nowhere 😀

So I usually order from another wig UK based company ( with no problems) but found Valentine Wigs and the bonus is that they are always cheaper....so far had excellent service and delivery speed is great too!

I first met the wonderful people at Valentines about 2 and a half years ago at the start of hair loss journey, then I knew nothing at all about wigs, I thought 'monofilament' was some sort of mysterious wig lingo.
With the constant support from everyone at Valentines, their complete unfaltering kindness, tuition..(I needed it) and above all their deep sense of caring and compassion, nothing is too much trouble, I've gone from a very depressed person who lost her hair, back to my bubbly self who now 'rocks' wigs and matches them to my clothes.
I cannot praise enough Valentines, they go totally above and beyond. I don't think I'd be where I am today without having received this.
And I'd say their prices are the most competitive I'm the UK, and they're mega efficient.
Highly highly recommended.
