I've been a customer of Valley Rose since they opened, and I love the service they provide along with such lovely quality value for money wax melts.

Michelle and David always look after their customers and always provide updates on what's happening behind the scenes with new releases.

One of the amazing benefits of this company is the open box service. This works well for lots of reasons and its a huge success with others who love it too.

I'm fussy when it comes to wax melts but I have to say Valley Rose provide excellent products with lasting scent and always provide that excellent customer service behind the products they sell.

I'm looking forward to continuing to support this business and buy my wax from them and look forward to seeing what they have in store for 2023.

I'd had my eye on Valley Rose Candles for a little while before placing my first order. What caught my attention was their great range of fruity fragrances, as these are my favourite!

I ordered 9 clams which were well packaged and included a lovely free sample, along with a handwritten note from David & Michelle.

So far I've melted Winter Snug & Coconut Lime and both have been beautiful with a strong throw! I've easily achieved two 4 hour tealights from each cube.

I look forward to seeing how Valley Rose Candles grow and I'm looking forward to purchasing more in the future. A lovely business run by a lovely couple :)

Very friendly service offered, quick postage and great products. Excellent price for the quality and strength throw.

Made multiple orders since using their ‘Open Box’ service which makes a big difference as you can add products to your box and once ready for it to be posted you can let them know.

Really looking forward to seeing what they offer this year and watching them grow!

Valleyrose are becoming one of my absolute favourite wax melt companies. They are so down to earth and unlike a lot of bigger companies, they really care about their customers. The customer service is amazing. Orders arrive quickly and love that they always put a hand written thank you note on the order form. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The wax is long lasting and smells so good and the clam shells are huge. Exceptional value for money. I would highly recommend Spa day and orange & Bergamot.

Amazing family run business. From start to finish making my order with them was easy. Every candle and melt that I ordered smells stunning. Within minutes of starting one of my melts my living room smelt amazing. They are that good my living room no longer smelt of dog (I have 3) and all I could smell was the melt. 5 🌟 service from a 5 🌟 company.

Have just received my first delivery of wax melts from Valley Rose Candles and I am so pleased with them. Beautiful scents and the throw on them is amazing, I am currently burning Hot Apple Pie and my house smells fantastic. Will definitely order again soon.

If like me you like super strong scents that last for days then you need to try Valley Rose. Can personally recommend Bee Cause, Orange and Bergamot, From Musk Till Dawn and Greek Summer for a super strong throw and gorgeous scent.

The owners of the business are absolutely amazing, nothing is to much trouble for them and they have become like friends than business owners. So if you are fed up of wasting your money or home fragrance that don’t last or not give off a scent then give Valley Rose Candles ago!

I can definitely recommend the Harvest Moon scent it’s very autumnal but fresh and perfectly scented another couple of my favourites are Coconut Milk & Lavender and Jasmine 💜💚
