This is the worst customer experience…
This is the worst customer experience we have ever had. We spent £10k on doors and they were manufactured to the wrong size, they then tried to force us to take them (which is crazy as they wouldn't fit?), but after a very lenthgy process we finally got these made to spec and guess what, on arrival they BROKE one of the doors so we had to delay the installation again and as a result delayed our whole kitchen renovation. They then caused damage to our extension when installing and refuse to take any responsibility for this (no compensation or even support whatsoever). Our door installation remains incomplete and we can't get hold of anyone to finish the job. On top of this, similar to other reviews on here, our calls have been BLOCKED so we can't even get hold of them. We are absolutely gobsmacked at the service especially as our doors were so expensive. We are extremely upset and just want the job finished. Please can someone from Value Doors get in touch with us URGENTLY.

Extremely Poor Service – Avoid Value Doors
I ordered a set of bi-fold doors and a matching window. The delivery was chaotic. The drivers arrived at 8:30 p.m. instead of in the morning as scheduled, which meant the installers were no longer available to assist with the curbside delivery.
The doors were delivered with the incorrect handle, which took several weeks of chasing before the correct one was finally supplied.
Due to delays with building work, the window wasn't installed for a few months. At that point, I discovered it had been delivered without any gaskets. After six weeks of repeatedly contacting them to get the missing parts or even just a part number, I was told they do not know the specification of the window because they cannot find it in their system. They also mentioned that their relationship with Mazuli Windows, the manufacturer, has broken down, but have not clarified whether they can still obtain the necessary information or parts.
I now have an incomplete window and no support from Value Doors, who are doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue except blaming the manufacturer.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company. The service has been appalling from start to finish.

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
I ordered bifold doors from this company three weeks ago and was given a lead time for delivery of two to three weeks. At the two week point I called for an update and was told they were unable to give me any updates as had not hear from their manufacturers that they were unable to make direct contact with them !!!!!
After a ten minute debate on why they couldn't I ended the call. Three weeks was yesterday. No doors £1800 taken in full with no product, no updates and when I have tried to call in the last three days can no longer get through (rings once and then auto hangs up).
The delay and lack of correspondence is causing so much anxiety as has not only significantly impacted our build schedule but am beginning to fear we may have lost our money too as can see another customer is in a similar position to us from their review!!!
Absolutely gutted
UPDATE 07/07/2025 - still not recieved refund despite being told it will be paid in on the 23rd June 2025 by Myles Robinson one of the directors who for anyone else trying to track him down owns another business in the area called Central Boilers which still is operating.

communication poor when something goes wrong
Having order a door and the surveyor coming round to check measurement all appear to be going well. On the day of the door fitting the fitter was excellent, he quickly removed my old door and began fitting the new door. However the wrong size glass panel had been ordered he spoke to someone at there office who advised they would get one ordered asap. The fitter advised he would get it as good as he could. i have now been waiting for over 2 weeks for an update, with the only update being we have no update! I have a glass side panel that is completely wrong with spray form put in place and gaps all around the door frame. Communication from the company is horrible and they dont return phone calls or even answer the phone. The door its self appears good and the fitter was excellent. However i have been left like this due to there error

I recently had a new front door fitted by Value Doors and I honestly couldn’t be happier – it has completely transformed the front of my house! The quality of the door is outstanding: solid, stylish, and beautifully finished. The colour and glass design are exactly what I hoped for – it feels modern, elegant, and secure.
A special shout-out to Matt, who fitted the door. His attention to detail and quality of workmanship were truly impressive. He was professional, tidy, and took great care to make sure everything was perfect – from the alignment of the door to the neatness of the frame and finish. You can tell he really takes pride in his work.
The whole process with Value Doors was smooth, professional, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new door. It’s made such a difference to my home – thank you so much!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Absolutely appalling service. I paid my deposit Feb & was told it would be completed in 2 weeks. The job has only just been completed on the 12th June!!!!! After numerous problems and mistakes. communication is chaotic and confusing and very unorganised. The company operates under 3 different names which doesn’t instil any confidence at all. The only time when communication was swift and consistent was when payment was requested by numerous different people and platforms. The only positive was the actual product and the fitter Rob, who did a really good job, yet was not given clear communication therefore had to return on several occasions.

Poor aftercare
I reached out to Value doors regarding a defect in the glass of my new bifolds on the 14th April and am still yet to have any communication regarding a solution. I've emailed on numerous occasions with no reply and any time I call I'm told 'we're liaising with the suppliers'.
This follows poor communication regarding the original fulfilment of my order, where they couldn't supply the colourway I had ordered on their website. I was told they weren't sure why I had been allowed to order it and they would remove it as an option on their website so this wouldn't happen to another customer - this is still available today, on their site.

Still no correspondence from Value Doors, despite further emails, calls and a formal complaint. The reply to this review is quite frankly insulting.

I have been having troubles with my double doors since the moment they installed it. I have contacted them multiple times but not successful. They keep saying someone will contact me but it's been almost a month. My door is sagging and I'm having troubles opening and closing the doors. Don't get doors from this company. Incomplete French Doors and terrible customer service
I paid £4000 for 2 sets of French doors to be fitted.
There was a confusion with the start date of the work, even though I spoke with 2 separate people to confirm.
The doors were fitted over 5 weeks ago, but the incorrect trims were delivered and no vents. The fitter has been back twice, but there’s still vents missing from the inside and the sealant is defective on one set of doors. I have chased several times for confirmation as to when these problems will be resolved, but communication is non existent from customer service.

Exceedingly frustrated and annoyed, my order is now 14 days late, and failed on 3rd arrange delivery with less than 24hrs notice. No compensation offered for the delay or having to take time off work and pay builders to receive the order. Project is now behind, Would not recommend.
