Terrible product and service, avoid!
Really poor product. Astragal bars keep falling off. Engineer booked in many times, they still keep falling off. No solution offered. Most of the time, the engineer doesn't even bother turn up, so simply going through an endless charade with no end in sight. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Excellent quality door.
Not to pushy, went onto the website created the door and side frame picked all the components for the door also the colours for inside and outside received a very competitive price, excellent fitting service clean and tidy, can't fault the door very good quality, 48mm door ABS lock.

I am happy with the quality of the door and windows and the fitters Phil and Jas were excellent especially after a false start with the previous fitters error in measuring my windows correctly. However more contact and detail from customer service would have up graded my review to 5 .

Value doors supplied and fitted us a new front door. The ordering and fitting process was extremely straightforward and we now have a good quality, well fitted door that we are extremely happy with. The only slight downside is that the full value is taken at the point of confirming the order.

They tricked me into getting checked…
They tricked me into getting checked for finance, when I specifically told them I did not need the full amount on finance and that I knew I wouldn't be successful. None of their phone numbers worked and I could not get through when I needed to speak to anyone. The fitter was very arrogant and rude. I was basically ripped off for £100 for nothing. I would avoid this company. Terrible customer service and they omit what needs to be done in order to get money from idiots like me. I went with another company and cut my losses as they wouldn't refund me the money. I was unsatisfied with the service and lack of communication that resulted in me losing money! Wow, the bold faced lies of these people! Stay well clear if I were you. This is not a fair representation of how things were explained or communicated to me and secondly anyone who tries hard like this to try and discredit the customer you know is lying!
UPDATE, THIS COMPANY HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS AND SOLICITORS WERE UNSUCCESSFUL IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

I'm sorry to read your review but this is not an accurate representation of the facts. You purchased your door on a Friday before the bank holiday weekend and we sent a surveyor on a Saturday over a bank holiday weekend. You called and e-mailed on the Sunday and our Operations Manager picked up your e-mails and called you on the bank holiday Monday when we were closed. We redesigned your door to suit your specification and sent you a finance link, telling you not to pay your further 25% deposit until your finance had been passed. As per our terms we do need funding in place to be able to send your door to production as I'm sure you can appreciate. Unfortunately you told us you didn't have enough money to complete the purchase and could pay us "after the install" at a time not determined. Unfortunately this isn't how we operate. The survey deposit you paid is fully refundable up until the survey is completed which in this case it was in a timely manner. I'm glad to hear you've been able to get your door fitted elsewhere and I'm sorry you weren't get accepted for the financing from us on this occasion.

We had a new door fitted by valuedoors. The end to end process was flawless. Excellent communication throughout the process. The fitter David was fantastic and was a pleasure to have in our home. The quality of his workmanship is second to none. The door itself seems of high quality with excellent abs locks - the key is better than the one for my car! All of this for a competitive price too. A great service from start to finish. I contacted to get a price on doors and the company was very helpful from there on in . I got them installed by a local joiner and he was really happy with the quality. I'm thinking about getting windows now, and the first company I will contact is value Doors. Very pleased with value doors , Paul, sue and Lucy all made the experience very smooth with excellent communication even when there was an issue it was sorted very quickly and professionally. Would use again but the door is good quality so probably won’t need to unless we move again.
