Extremely disappointed with the…
Extremely disappointed with the delivery of my new door. I was told I needed to be in to sign for the door and it would be a kerb side delivery. I booked the day off work and ended up wasting the whole day as the door was just dumped outside. No knock on the door, card through the door or anything.
After letting value door knows of this all I got was an apology. It cost me to have the day off when it was not needed at all, no compensation offered at all.

We completely understand how frustrating it must’ve been to take a day off work, only for the door to be left outside without so much as a knock or a note. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and we agree it should’ve been handled better.
As mentioned over the phone, we’ve taken this up with the manufacturer directly, as this wasn’t in line with what was agreed, and we’re working with them to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

AVOID! I recently bought a door from value doors for a lot of money and had a terrible experience. The door is poor quality and the fitting was even worse. The fitter left the door in an awful messy state and after 2 attempts to get him back to rectify he didn’t show up. We requested someone else who would do a better, neater job but they refused. Be prepared for wasted days off, poor quality door, horrendous messy fitting and damage caused by the fitter. Company never replied either and we are now in talks with Trading standards & the card company to take this further. Absolutely gutted we used this company, it has caused so much upset & stress.

Very easy website, managed to design the door I wanted without problem. Good sales team. I was told that you get a phone call before delivery but I didn’t, but all ok as I was home and able to help the driver.

First Time Ordering — Exceeded Expectations
I was initially skeptical, as this was my first time ordering a composite door — and of course, it's not a small investment. However, the entire process turned out to be incredibly simple and straightforward.
When I designed my quote through the ukcomposite doors.co.uk website, I didn’t realise it would be passed on to one of their trusted partners. My order ended up being handled by Value Doors. After receiving an email and a follow-up call, everything was taken care of seamlessly. The best thing was zero percent interest finance option ( if you pay within 12 months).
The measurement was done on the scheduled appointment day — the person who came was polite, friendly, and very professional. I was even advised that choosing a white color for the inside of the back door would reduce the cost, which I appreciated and took advantage of.
I also received a £50 discount code online, which was a nice bonus!. The order started after paying the deposit. Kept me updating throughout. The door looks amazing now — I went for a 48mm timber core and a modern design composite door- 10 yrs warranty. I'm really pleased with the quality and how beautifully it fits with the house.
Overall, fantastic service. I’m already looking forward to ordering again in the future. Thanks to the Value Doors team!

A wonderful experience
What a fantastic experience from start to finish. (I had french doors installed).
I loved the online configuration, allowing me to get an idea of what I was getting and how it would turn out and I think most importantly a price. Many places it's hard to gauge just what it will cost. No faff all round, I tried local fitters but many never got back to me.
Once I made my decision and ordered, the fitter came out and checked my measurements.
3 weeks later, along comes install day and it was smooth. The doors arrived at 9AM, fitter at 11AM, was done by 1PM. Fitter was very tidy and any changes or ideas the fitter ensured he talked me through it and got my sign off.
Overall super super happy, price was bang on market average. Got some discounts through paying 50% deposit upfront, so that was nice.
Will be using them again for our future door changes.

From start to finish fantastic company sales person came out to tell us about the windows and showed us the product . Fitters then came out to measure up with the final sizing. 3 weeks later the windows are in making the house look more modern , The two fitters from Sheffield were fantastic .
