Very well priced doors, got a comp door and side light supplied and fitted.
Excellent service, both from Value doors and the fitter they used. Very helpful and careful to make sure the job was completed how I wanted it. Can't fault them, highly recommended.

I ordered two matching doors, the sales assistant helped me with some details and I was happy with the price. I've ordered windows and a door from them before which are great quality but were delivered late. I tried again with this company and again the doors were late. However the manager did sort it out and they were delivered the following day. Again, the quality is excellent. I would say Value doors are good value, there's a chance of delays but worth the wait. I would recommend

Reliable, friendly and efficient service

We are really pleased with our door. Fitted with care & professionalism. Care taken of our property & the little mess there was, cleaned & tidied.
One slight criticism. We were told fitter would be with us between 9 & 10 am, but didn’t arrive until 1pm.
Apart from that, pleased with outcome.

If you are contemplating using this company, PLEASE AVOID!!!
It took 6 attempts to get the sizing and finish correct.
They show a lot of interest when looking for a sale but snails pace when there is a problem. Be prepared for a lot of wasted days off, being let down and very limited communication.
The owner of this company needs to re-evaluate his procedures, communication and quality, I wish I had read reviews before using.
On a final note to sum this company up the Operations Manager couldn't even be bothered to return my call to check that everything was finally okay.

Nicky and Rob fitted our door last week and their workmanship is second to none. They took their time with it to ensure everything was fitted correctly and explained everything to us once they had finished. There was also a section in the front of our door which needed rendering which they also sorted. The finish inside and out was perfect and they left no mess at all. The door itself is premium quality and the customer service is a cut above the rest. I recommend the 48mm slab. I also must add that I am very particular so praise from myself is praise indeed! The best around!

What a great company to deal with, from the start they were extremely helpful even though I changed various options. Installation was quick and the fitter could not have done a better job, he even did little things on the day that I asked for. I cannot fault the workmanship. To say we are delighted would be an understatement. If you are looking for good value and excellent products go with this company.

Fantastic service from start to finish. From the helpful advisors to the actual fitting. All done very quickly. Phil was superb and informative when both surveying and fitting. We'll be back in touch when we want the back door doing in the future.

The new door was made and delivered within 3 weeks. The original fitter rushed the installation and did not fit it neatly! However another fitter was sent out to correct the work and has done a great job. Very happy with the finished work. VD 5663

The ordering and Install were fantastic. No complaints but I have given 4 stars not 5 cos of 2 simple things.
1. Even though I had selected a payment plan, there was an initial mistake asking me to pay in full before the install date.
2. The door was delivered to my home and I had to help the driver offload, whilst I was in the middle of a meeting. Imagine if I wasn't home and it was my pregnant wife what exactly would have happened?

The whole ordering and fitting was excellent very professional and polite the bi fold doors are of superb quality would definitely recommend this company

Really easy to select the door online and then the surveyor came around, was quick, polite and efficient. The same guy came to fit the door and it looks fantastic! He was tidy, quick and walked us through everything. A great experience and I would happily recommend them!

My front door was originally supposed to be fitted on a Saturday... Took annual leave to have the installation done and nobody turned up all day and no communication! Having said that, they fitted me in on the following Wednesday and the fitter, Romeo, was here 9am sharp and was very thorough, professional and friendly. Installation was completed to a high standard with everything clearly explained. After the initial disappointment of a no show, a very positive experience
