Have been using their services for a while. Very quick and easy and good prices.

Been with them over 4 years. Started on the monthly plan, then once tested switched over to annual. Only issue was I had to cancel the monthly one, may of been able to transfer but didn't research. Never had an issue connecting to any of their servers and all promises stated were achieved.

Great Value and Great Product

I've found my Invizbox2 to be stable, easy to connect and most importantly reliable. It delivers the content I want to watch over the different regions. I'm happy with it and would recommend.

I'm not very technical so the less required the better, if I can work this then anyone can!

Just started using this service, and so far it’s working very well for me. Can access different VPN servers with ease using the iOS app, which is very convenient.

I’ve been using this VPN for about 2 years now, and I also have the VPN router they sell. I can’t fault it. Works well, and has great speeds. I would recommend to anyone. Price is good too.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service. They have been charging my mother's credit card every month since my dad passed away in Feb 2019 and won't allow her to cancel the subscription as we do not have access to the account or his email. The phone number on their website is incorrect and they stopped responding to my mother's emails after she informed them that she has any and all the documents they may require. She wasn't asking for a refund but just the cancellation of the monthly subscription that has cost her over $200 since he passed. We have run out of options as the company is unwilling to help and she now has to cancel her credit card in order to stop the payments. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Your email on the 27th stated "In order to cancel the subscription, we would first need to establish that you have the legal authority to cancel his account. This would involve establishing your relationship with the account holder, providing legal documents that you are the executor if his estate and have the legal authority to carry out duties on behalf of the estate and in some cases produce additional documents to confirm the situation as you have described. Alternatively, you can contact his credit card company, and once the card has been cancelled, our next payment attempt would fail, and the account would eventually lapse. Unfortunately, due to data protection laws, we are unable to process this any further until the set of criteria above has been met."

My mother then responded letting you know that she has all the documents to meet your requirements ready to send and you responded saying "I will check what documents are required and get back to you as quickly as possible"

You responded to this review within 30 minutes but haven't gotten back to my mother in 2 days. Initially, you seemed fairly certain about what documents you require in this situation so I don't understand what is taking so long.

Why are you ignoring the fact that the phone number on your website is incorrect? It seems as though you are purposely making it difficult for people to contact you and receive a response.

Not good at all, not recommended at all, i havnt got smart tv either, and wasnt even offered a refund

Really tried their best to get the system working for me, but I have yet to find a device level app that can access 10Play. The apps just don't work because of IP address leaks. Only router level seems to be a workable solution.
When it was clear it wouldn't work for me they refunded without question.

Used it for some time and it was fine. Suddenly although it says I am connected to the U.S. I cannot get U.S. contact. I have paid them for a full year for no value. No contact details on the website is also unacceptable. Their support page only takes you to FAQs.

Needs more work. Doesn't connect all the time. When i went to choose some destination it didn't work like it should. As well i desconected before the 7 days. On the website it did say Money back guarantee after. And never got the money back.

I just got around to getting your native apps on iPad & Android. Was so easy to setup and I was online within a minute. I love the option to easily pick the server to connect to.

I am so glad to get rid of Open VPN and configuration files.

Also removed Tunnelblick and setup L2TP on my Mac. Just works!!!

Purchased this package and can’t even use it.

I had an account canceled it last year and tried to renew it just recently
and was denied.

Garbage, don’twaste your time. Customer service is shocking too, won’t reply to emails.

They guarantee total Refund within 30 days.
I have bought the annual plan two days ago.
I want to have the refund since Netflix Italy is 100% blocked.
And? No way to have refunded. They write within the "Terms and Conditions" to send the request in writing.
WHERE?????? No e-mail, no address to be contacted.
UNACCETABLE.

Works for the mostpart. Fairly easy setup.Purchased to watch Love Island UK and can generally get onto the ITV site easily. Very happy with purchase
