I do like your service a lot. But are very few places I can connect from...Canada is not on list, for me this would have been awesome (unless there is one and I missed it)

because its the only vpn that promiced something and actually does what they promice

Can’t even login won’t except password or username paid money and can’t use it

Top of their game, great customer service, have found they always find a solution to any problem I have encountered...even to the point of creating a 'work around' while fixing the complex issues they are challenged with constantly in this field.
Have been a subscriber since 2016 and have never felt the need to look elsewhere.

Hi just signed up with Vanished, as I preferred to use a local company to where I lived. Setting up their VPN for a 1st timer wasn't too bad, they have a lot of support articles and made it work on multiple devices.

Main issue is the customer support just isn't there. I understand you're not spending a lot and you can inundate them with questions, but certainly when setting up you need some help, and its just not there. Their phone number is a wrong number, theres no live chat and the email responses take a long time to answer. After the first email, they stopped answering full stop - I havent got a reply to anything further I asked.

Also they offer a device to connect to your modem to run VPN through WiFi, but even though I drive past their office every day, I'm forced to pay $16 postage and wait more than a week to have it delivered. This just makes using a local company even harder unfortunately.

Some technical issues include not being able to view my live stream CCTV with VPN running and emails/online messages often not coming through. Again hard to troubleshoot cos support isnt there. Also cant really get US Netflix up, but again cant ask about it cos no support.

So its ok, but not great, and am putting a lot of thought into changing VPN providers soon.

Best VPN I’ve used. Allows me to cancel and resubscribe with same username. Cannot fault

Not using it - too complicated and got another VPN wjhich is easy to sue so waste of money

I've recently renewed my subscription to Vanished VPN, the past 12 months have been faultless, I connected first time, every time I needed VPN services. I would recommend Vanished VPN to anyone who is looking for a reliable VPN solution.

4 at present.
IF they give the Overseas content they say. Then it'll be 5+++.

It still drops out a lot on my iPad but overall it has good connection. Also the instruction on youtube doesn't tell you where to get the secret code. You have to search in Help on their website.

Vanished VPN's weakness is their back end - due to billing weirdness I have been disconnected for the last five days. Their support have not been able to sort the problem out and seem like they might be overwhelmed; judging by response times.

This is the 2nd time I've had the same problem. Though the current situation is taking a long time to get nowhere.

The service works really well - when it's working.

I would give 5 stars for the service but the issue resolution process is lacklustre at best.

I had high hopes for this product and am somewhat disappointed. Firstly, in trying to set up my system I found the information misleading (for instance 2 passwords), I sent a query but two of my questions were unanswered....I shall try again!!

Secondly, I purchased the invibox and after a fortnight it still has not been delivered.....I await with interest

Very quick and easy to setup, took around 5 minutes to get it running. Have not had any issues so far.
