One of my mate complaining about route cuts..this 3rd party company work for Amazon but they rule you like you are slave of vanr. They signed you up as self employed but push you to work extra and support Fola senior OSM very rude if you don’t accept your are out of company and don’t hire their van they rip u off and take all your money and someone should educate them about self employment work system…I wish Amazon should kick out all these 3rd party companies and hire own drivers. Now be Alert 🚨 yeah after my comment Vanr team will respond me so anyone who read my comment this is not dodgy review.. they will say aaww you don’t work for company so you are doing false accusations with false reviews.

Review for VANR LTD – A Fulfilling Year of Growth and Opportunity
I’ve been working with VANR LTD as a courier driver for nearly a year now, and I’m proud to say that this journey has been both rewarding and motivating. As I approach my 1-year anniversary on the 28th of July, I can confidently say that VANR has provided me with a strong platform to grow professionally and personally.
The company has a well-structured system in place, and the management team is supportive, organized, and always encouraging drivers to perform at their best. I was recently honoured to be named Driver of the Week during Amazon Prime Week, securing the 1st position — a proud moment that reflects the dedication and values the company instills in its team.
VANR promotes a positive work culture, recognises hard work, and offers opportunities for continuous improvement. I’m genuinely interested in doing maximum days with the company and am fully committed to becoming an even more efficient and reliable courier.
I appreciate VANR’s efforts in maintaining high standards and for always encouraging their drivers to aim higher. Looking forward to many more milestones ahead with the team!

Great experience working with VANR!
I've really enjoyed working with VANR — the support from management has been excellent, and everything runs smoothly day to day. The job is well organised, and I feel appreciated as a driver. It’s a great company to grow with, and I’m proud to be part of the team!

Vanr seems to handle all amazon deliveries for my area, but the experience is universally poor. Drivers do not arrive when allotted, or skip deliveries entirely. Most of the delivery drivers in my area are incredibly rude and won't even wait for 5 seconds after delivering a parcel in the open to the front of the door.

I started working at VANR thinking I’d be making decent money — what a joke that turned out to be. I walked in full of hope, only to be thrown into the biggest scam of a “job” I’ve ever experienced. Nathan and Fabian pretend to be nice, friendly people, but don’t fall for it — behind those fake smiles, they’re only interested in themselves and making VANR look good. No wonder VANR barely scrapes the bottom of the Amazon rankings — it’s all smoke and mirrors!
They absolutely force you to work yourself into the ground. Constantly understaffed, they’ll guilt-trip you into working 6, even 7 days a week, just to keep their broken operation afloat. I worked 6 days a week, week after week, and STILL barely scraped together any money. They love to split your route — cutting your wages in half — then have the audacity to blame you for “concessions”. What concessions? The only thing I conceded was my time, energy, and sanity.
And just when you think your shift is over? Nope. They’ll hound you to support other drivers — usually the lazy ones — or claim Amazon “demands” that you stay longer. I’d do my job, finish my stops, do the van check and log off. End of story. But not for Nathan or Fabian — they’d blow up my phone with calls, basically trying to bully me back into working more. I stopped answering. I couldn’t be bothered anymore.
They even started sticking my name down for shifts I never agreed to. If I said I wasn’t available, they’d start begging or guilt-tripping me into working. During Christmas? Forget having a life. You work whenever they say — no ifs, no buts. You’re a robot to them.
Let’s talk about the vans. The ones they hand out at first? Absolute scrap. Dusty, broken, falling apart. They’ll promise you a new van once you “prove yourself” — total lie. They’ve got new vans sitting there doing nothing, while you’re out there in something that feels like it should be in a scrapyard.
You find damage on a van and report it? BAM — it’s your fault. Say goodbye to a chunk of your already pathetic wages. I was told I’d earn £800 a week — biggest lie ever. They said they pay £1 per parcel. Another lie. Just a ploy to make you rush and break your back doing more stops. And the “£2 per parcel for support”? Never saw that money. Not once.
After all that, my payslip? Struggling to hit £500 — for 6 DAYS of work! If you pay rent, have a family or any sort of life to support, forget it. VANR will financially and mentally ruin you. Their management is toxic and manipulative. Fola, another so-called manager, tried to intimidate me with legal threats just because I was new and learning. No patience, no support — just pressure and scare tactics.
VANR are modern-day exploiters. They prey on hard-working people, dangle fake promises in front of them, then bleed them dry. They are a walking HR and legal nightmare and should be investigated from top to bottom. If you’re even thinking about working for VANR — run the other way.
