Firstly, the management of this company is clearly incompetent. They seemed to have little understanding of how to manage a delivery van team, and their decisions were frequently illogical and arbitrary. There were also issues with communication, as the management often failed to provide adequate information or feedback to the drivers.
Furthermore, the treatment of the drivers was unacceptable. Many drivers were overworked and underpaid, with little consideration given to their health and wellbeing. There were also instances of drivers being forced to work long hours without adequate breaks, and some were even asked to work through illness or injury.
The team leaders were equally useless, as they seemed to lack the basic skills necessary to manage a team effectively. They often failed to communicate important information to their drivers, and many seemed to be completely unaware of the basic requirements of their job. It was clear that they had no real understanding of how to motivate or support their team members.
Finally, the lack of common sense displayed by both the management and team leaders was astounding. They seemed completely oblivious to the fact that their decisions and actions were having a negative impact on the drivers, and they frequently made decisions that were illogical or even dangerous.
But yh, this delivery van job was a complete disaster. The management was incompetent, the drivers were treated terribly, and the team leaders were useless.

First of all, the management at this company was awful. They were disorganized, unprofessional, and seemed to have no idea how to manage a team of drivers effectively. They were often unavailable when you needed them, and when they were around, they were unhelpful and unsupportive.
Furthermore, the team leaders were also terrible. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing and lacked common sense when it came to managing the drivers. They were useless in helping you solve any problems or address any concerns you had, and often made things worse instead of better.
On top of that, the way they treated drivers was also unacceptable. They were often rude and disrespectful, and seemed to have no appreciation for the hard work and effort that you put in every day. They didn't provide any training or support, and would often blame drivers for mistakes that were not their fault.
In short, this company was a terrible place to work for drivers. The management was awful, the team leaders were useless, and the way they treated drivers was unacceptable. If you're looking for a job where you will be valued and respected as a driver, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience working for this delivery van company. The management was extremely poor and did not treat their drivers with respect. They constantly pushed unrealistic deadlines and refused to provide adequate support to ensure that deliveries were completed on time.
The team leaders were completely useless and had no idea how to do their jobs. They provided no guidance or assistance to the drivers and were unable to answer even basic questions about the delivery routes or schedules. It was clear that they were only interested in their own careers and had no concern for the well-being of the drivers.
To make matters worse, the company owners were not helpful at all when you had problems with pay. The communication between the drivers and the team leaders was almost non-existent, and when there was communication, it was often confusing and contradictory. This made it nearly impossible to plan deliveries efficiently or to troubleshoot any issues that arose during the day.
Overall, I would strongly advise against working for this company. The management is terrible, the team leaders are useless, and the atmosphere is a complete disaster. It's simply not worth the stress and frustration of dealing with such a poorly managed company!

DO NOT WORK FOR VANR....
They treat their drivers with no respect. All they care about it getting the job finished no matter what. I applied for a small van and there were numerous times where they would illegally assign me to a large van route. There was a time where i had to try and fit a large van route into my small van. This was very dangerous as every time to would open my van to distribute a package, another 6-7 boxes would fall out of the van not only putting me in danger, but also creating many road hazards. Ive had to place packages in the front of my van within the passenger seat due to there not being any space left in the back. I strongly recommend you do not work for VanR as they will use and abuse you just to get the job done.

Worse company to work for. Terrible management. They treat their drivers very bad. I have worked there for 7 weeks and i left due to being treated like a slave, i feel terrible for the drivers that need to work there for money because its a disgusting work atmosphere. The team leaders dont care about you. They are are not logical at all and hardly have any common sense. The two owners of VanR are useless and treat you terribly aswll and never help you when you need it, they just tell you to go to the team leader which are even more clueless.

VANR is one of the best if not the best delivery company to work with; they provide you with all the required assistance you need but some drivers will disagree; I have a good relationship with the owners, managers and leader drivers. Yes some day may seem endless but they try to make sure everyone is treated fairly. We (drivers) get’s weekly, monthly and yearly bonuses. So I will recommend them to anyone that wants to do a delivery job.
KEEP IT UP VANR
VanR is an awful company to work for with an unprofessional ‘management’ team. They have no respect for their drivers and expect you to bend over backwards for them. You can do up to 170/180 stops a day and they will still ask you to do more; if you say no then you risk not being called in the next day for work.
There is a very high turnover rate and rarely anyone stays for longer than a year because it is impossible to work with such people. You may get the odd person who’s been there for 2/3 years but in every case there’s always anomalies.
If you can then avoid this company at all cost and get a job with a proper delivery company.

Yes they may be one of the top dsp's for amzon but they put their drivers through hell. They add protocols even amazon don't care about. Your off days are not off days they expect you to do 150+stops everyday for 6 days and yiu must be available for 7 days. Don't you even try taking one of their vans, cause when you want to return it, even the littlest stratch they charge you £1000. Even when you finish your 150 stops the manager calls you asking to get more parcels and you can't deny it otherwise he will sack you off. I advise you all get a job thats stable, these lot don't even appreciate their top/best drivers. Plus the weekly van deductions are ridiculous so your making the same as a warehouse worker, and they give you so much additional parcels and silly routes you end up doing the whole 10hours.
