Really great company
Really great company, an order I had place,one of the items, were out of stock, I received a call, from a polite man, offering an alternative, so nice, to know they care. I have been ordering from here for over a year now, never had one issue,won’t go anywhere else,orders a couple of days, well packed, a few members of our family vape, and I do the orders for everyone, thank you , for keeping us informed,messages from start to finish, with delivery.

Time wasters and scams
I would rate 0 stars if it let me.
Not happy as I made an order and it arrived with in 5 days.
Now made another order and been waiting couple of days now as they still have not sent an email saying dispatched.
Instead they keep making up excuses saying we are unable to dispatch at mont due to issues with Royal Mail.
Even worst I paid for 1st class postage.
Don’t buy from them they are a lie and a scam just want your money.
I will be going up to there shop to give them that. They replied today saying sorry due to more made up rubbish they love to say. Waste of money stay away from this company.
I have got trading standards involved my end now so then we see what rubbish they be saying when they have trading standards to answer back to and even they have confirmed with me there are no issues with dispatch through Royal Mail.
Not happy no one else order from them they make up rubbish

I've made several orders. Always arrive on time, and well packaged. Had a couple of faulty pre filled pods, emailed regards them, but never received any replies. Obviously I know this is a manufacturer issue, not vape suites.
