I’m the type of person that enjoys getting stuff for free or discount or anything and I was supposed to be given $10 off my first order, but the code did not work. I tried it for the first three orders, but it would not work. The code was like VIP 10 or something like that. Aside from that my experience has been pretty positive shipping takes longer than I’d like.

Along with rating the company 5 stars for how easy it was to order, how quickly the order came, and just my overall experience... I also want to specifically review the Horizon tech 100k puff series. The first that I bought was in a local vape store, and the flavor was watermelon slush. It tastes great, and considering it lasts me about 3+ weeks (way longer than any other brand) it was a good purchase, even at almost $30. That's why I am AGAIN rating this site 5 stars because i was able to buy two (strawberry banana, and banana slush... both taste excellent), but the two of them together WITH SHIPPING was only $47! That's wild. I would have happily paid $30 each like in the store because they taste good and actually last a long time, so paying like $13 less, was pretty awesome. So far, zero complaints. Definitely recommend 👌

Great customer Service
I have order twice now through your company. Both times it was very easy to place my order. The second time I ordered one of the items were not available so I received a text message asking if i wanted a refund or a different product. I really appreciated the option to pick another product.
