I asked for help while there was still time
It's got sent to the wrong address and I tried to stop it. USPS said they couldn't do anything about fixing the issue that it was to late. And I don't think the people at the address it went to is going to return it. So I'm out almost $70. I still need what I ordered but I don't know if I'm going again with you. I'm pretty upset. I spend around 200-300 a month in my and my husband vape needs, I was excited when I found you guys. But when I tried to fix this issue while there was still time.... I got no help.

No replacements for broken items
The company sent me a disposable vape that didn't work but only gave me store credit instead of replacing the item so they are making me pay the $12 shipping fee again to get a replacement which is so messed up. I bought as many as i could with the money that i had and I'm really upset that they won't replace it. I've found sites that are both cheaper and charge less for shipping so I'll be using those going forward. Very unhappy.
