I would recommend this business to anyone. Amazing service, easy to get hold off and very friendly. I made the mistake of missing the post saying the shop was closed over Christmas (how I missed it I will never know because it’s very clear) I’ve placed my order for next day delivery but because the shop wasn’t open it wouldn’t of been sent off until the 4 of January, I contacted the business they explained and offered me refund for the delivery and said it would be sent of on the 4th. The same day I get a email saying my order has been shipped so they’ve took it out of the own time to send my order off so I didn’t have to wait. If anyone reading this is contemplating whether they should order or not stop and place your order you will not be disappointed. 5* HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I made 2 online orders recently, to 2 different addresses.
From start to finish, the courier company failed to do their job properly.
But Vapourz Lounge went above and beyond to make sure my orders arrived.
This is a very busy period, but they replied quickly and sorted the problem.
