Shipping is not the best

The order did not arrive for several weeks. Upon contacting the customer service they said it was lost and they send another order.
The second order arrived, however to late for its purpose.
I had to touch base with them twice before they send the second order.
The product arrived. Is a nice piece.

Bought this bracelet for my daughter as…

Bought this bracelet for my daughter as a Christmas present.
I'm unsure whether it'll fit as it seems for smaller children as it only just fits me. So I can't give a true review hence the 3 stars.

First and second delivery never were delivered. Trying one more time then I want a refund. It was a birthday gift and that has passed.

Broken earring immediately replaced.

The earrings I ordered arrived on time, but one was broken. I took a picture, sent it to Vassias, and they immediately sent a substitute pair, which arrived in good condition.

Waste of time and money .

Never recieved the full order no boxes for the rings and bracelets I bought and still waiting for a refund for item not recieved and all this has been going on for weeks and weeks .

I still haven't received the second…

I still haven't received the second ring from the buy one get one free offer even though you assured me it was on its way weeks ago. Secondly the cross ring I bought as silver is already tarnished and turning my finger green. Would never recommend this site.
