Have been waiting 15 weeks for a electrical fault car part for a vauxhall mokka 2022 the immobiliser has shut the car down the car is undrivable through vauxhall customer care expited the part but still waiting have had a open case for a courtesy car as well because the car is classed as new and they should offer some help have not been contacted for this either im a NHS worker in the hospital and also out in the community appointments are being cancelled because of this they dont care shocking car company i wouldnt even give it 1 star but there is no other options

Got I quote to scrap my vauxhall zafira thay come the next day and took the car away money was in the bank within 20 minutes excellent service and friendly staff

They claim to dispatch item within 48hour courier. 3 weeks and no response

Their sales people don't bother to reply to emails or phone calls.

Bought few items for my father's birthday. Items never arrived. No response from them in 3 weeks.

They were happy to take money from my PayPal account but not bother to hold their hands up and apologise for letting down. Will be contacting PayPal and bank in regards of the refund

Brilliiant company. Have used them for years. Always happy to help. Have even solved a few small issues with my cars and not been charged. Would thoroughly recommend this business. Prices very reasonable and they explain the work being carried out in detail. A pleasure to use. Thanks.

My daughter purchased her car on the Monday but on the Wednesday night she had a tyre blow out. Rang Vauxhall assist waited 3.5 hours on her own with a serious medical condition.
Breakdown contractor eventually arrived but did not have a tyre although we clearly requested a mobile tyre service!!!
Went to dealer next day the service lady was extremely rude, ignorant and basically uncaring. Extremely poor customer service skills needs to be retrained if not put into back office out of the way.
Quoted £153 for a tyre and made to pay for a tyre brace as one not supplied in new car. Found identical tyre across road at Formula One auto centre for £87 fully fitted and they lent me axle stands etc so helpful.
If this is the way Vauxhall treat their customers it is absolutely disgusting I will be telling everyone I know so they are aware of poor standards of after sales service ahead.

ordered an incorrect car part.Tried to cancel order..immediately..
got no response from emails..tried ringing..got automated message to contact via email..had to raise a case with paypal to get my moneyback.Absolutely terrible firm..who wont respond to customer
queries.

Very easy site to get around, found parts i needed really easy, great prices, very fast delivery, great service.

My local garage advised me the part I needed was obsolete and I would need to find a used one via ebay or breakers. I did a google search and found Vauxhall Car Parts had what I needed new! The price was not cheap but compared to paying half the price for a 20 year old used one from breakers I felt buying new for the greater life expectancy was worth it. I placed the order but before dispatching the part they took the trouble to confirm with me the part I ordered was the part I needed. They dispatched it 1st class and I received it the next day. The part has now been fitted and working fine.

I ordered my corsa ignition module on a sunday 26/8/18 and got confirmation of order on sunday 26/8/18 part was despatched on Monday 27/8/18 and I received part next day.20 minutes after I received my part I was back on the road. I was very pleased with the service and I will certainly use this company again.

I needed parts for my Corsa which are no longer available from GM. Vauxhall Car Parts website showed the parts in stock so I placed an order. Unfortunately they did not have the full quantity in stock but they let me know and were able to source the extra quickly, fulfilling the order in 8 days. I will be using this company in future.

Useless , service is terrible, no reply to emails, and it has taken since tuesday 8thof may until now 13th and still no waterpump, whichis needed urgently. Dont buy from them unless you are desperate. Hopefully it will be here monday. Its cost more in extra fuel ,time and transport to get to work than the part is worth, never use them again,.

Haven't received parts in timescale promised, attempted to grossly overcharge, does not answer emails enquiring about the goods yet to be received but is very quick when you want to order bits, AVOID!!!!

AVOID!! Ordered some parts on a Sunday night which should have arrived by the Tues. Nothing on Tues, or Wednesday, or Thursday and despite numerous emails via their website and direct, there has been no response at all. Lack of communication is so frustrating when your are waiting for parts. I am filing against them via PayPal. Suggest you go to a reputable website or dealer.
Updated - eventually got a refund via PayPal. No communication, no apology, no nothing. Just an email to say my parts had been sent - needless to say, they have not arrived.

Wrong part sent despite numerous e mails no response and no other means of contact stay clear is my advice

SHOCKING customer service and veryyyy slow delivery!
Received 1 thing out of 4 on my order and instead of resolving told me 4 times to check in the box that it was there!!!
A company who clearly have not nothing to lose and aren't worried about their reputation!
ALWAYS PAY VIA PAYAPAL, so you at least have a comeback on them if and when they flop on your order.
LASTLY - They are misleading and they are a reseller of non genuine vauxhall parts - which means they sell budget car spares... they type you would buy if you wanted your car to fail tomorrow.
