I ordered my part from these guys then after ordering thought about checking reviews. I found this site and thought there may be issues but I could not have been further from the truth. I ordered the wrong part but thankfully was emailed back asking for my make/model and informed this was the incorrect part and given the right one, this was at 10pm so after ordering the correct part late on the Tuesday I was delighted that it arrived on the Thursday morning! My refund went straight in too and the whole process was as smooth as it could be. I really cannot recommend these guys highly enough!.

Emailed within 7 days to enquire about the return and refund process... No response.

Appalling Customer Service,

Ordered item from Vauxhall Car Parts (aka PARTZ STOCK MANAGEMENT LIMITED) and paid using PayPal. Having paid for 1st class postage, I expected delivery within 2 business days as the the web site states that dispatch is on same day as order is made.

After 4 days, as I had not received the goods I emailed Vauxhall Car Parts directly inquiring as to the status of the order and requesting information as to when I could expect delivery.After a further 2 days, I still did not hear anything so contacted Vauxhall Car Parts via the PayPal Resolution Centre. I subsequently raised a claim again via the PayPal Resolution Centre as again no response was received. My claim was upheld by PayPal and I received a full refund. No contact from Vauxhall Car Parts at any time during the proceedings.

At no point did Vauxhall Car Parts bother responding to any of my inquiries. It was good fortune that I used Paypal to make payment as if I had used a debit/credit card I am of the opinion that I would not have received a refund at all. It appears that they are happy to take your money and have no intention of honouring the order.

I ordered quite a few differant parts from Vx Car Parts, they were very curtious and helpfull as i had messed up part of the order.

items was sent out by a reputaible courier service and arrived the following day. everything was securely packaged and parts are of good quality.
They even gave a follow up call to make sure i was 100% happy with them order.

I will be a returning customer.

Bought an Ignition coil for my Vauxhall Astra, the part said it was a Delphi part, when delivered it did not come in a Delphi box or with the Delphi stamp. Still fittted it and within a week it failed. Rung them and they told me I had to return it at my own expense by Royal Mail 1st Class (£10!), then the would return to the manufacturer for a refund and once this happens they will refund me. That part could takes months, I said I need the replacement part with days as my car is off the road. Luckily I paid by paypal and disputed the part as faulty and non-genuine. I then get a call from them saying If I return it I will get a full refund with cost of postage straight away! Funny that! So I return it, paypal then returned my money, not them. And now they are ignoring me when I request my postage costs back. AVOID this company, firstly they are selling non genuine parts as genuine, secondly parts don't last and week, thirdly they wont give your money back for anything and will try to get you to return it anyway so they can claim it back themselves from the manufacturer. AVOID!!!!
