I accidentally booked the wrong travel date and contacted Vayama immediately. Unfortunately, I found the customer service experience very disappointing.
I was informed that I was no longer eligible for a free cancellation because a very short “void period” had already expired. This limitation was not something I clearly understood when making the booking.
The refund offered was much lower than I expected, and I struggled to get a clear explanation of how the refund amount was calculated. I also contacted Turkish Airlines, but because the ticket was booked through Vayama, I was referred back to the agency.
My advice to anyone booking through Vayama is to carefully read all fare rules and cancellation conditions before paying, especially if there is any chance you may need to change or cancel your trip. I wish the cancellation policy and refund calculations had been more transparent.

I had booked with vayama last year in February and the experience was really awesome so this time few tickets weren't showing vayama site so I had to find a flight where vayama offers it's service. I trust Vayama alot. In short a really genuine and trustworthy company with amazing customer service.

They booked with wrong email and phone number
Bought a ticket on Saudia. Vayama didn’t use my email address and phone number (which i used during the booking) but their own which i obviously don’t have access to. Saudia sends an email or sms to identify you when accessing your reservation on your website. This now means i can’t checkin, chose a seat or add my frequent flyer number.

I have very bad experience, my name came up incorrect on the ticket. I'm told to cancel the ticket and re-book. When I cancel it, they said there is no refund. I asked for the main office postal address and phone number. Not given any information or help
