Booked for cheaper than Original Flight website including baggage

Best website to buy flights in 2026.hope everything keeps running smoothly 👍

The booking was pretty straightforward but when I paid I had all my luggage and seat selections paid for only to get an email saying some of my seat selections didn't go through and I'd have to rebook my seats through the airline. As well I paid the €160 for my luggage for the full return trip to also get another email saying that the return journey does not include my luggage and that I would have to pay separately through the airline. Very poor and deeply upset.

I only bought the ticket because the price seemed reasonable. However, I think the competition offers cheaper prices. If you lowered your prices a bit, you could attract more customers and increase your sales.

Stay away from this website.
I have purchased plane tickets and paid extra for the seats. Now less than 24 hours before the flights I am being informed that they couldn’t process the seats selection “oops”. I am about to have a transatlantic flights in a middle seat tomorrow. The airline doesn’t let you pick the seat when you check in if you bought through a third party seller.
The customer support is an absolute joke. They sent me sassy messages with copy pasted responses with “”, and said random allocation will help me save some money.
Never ever ever again. Lesson learned - only buying tickets on the airlines’ own websites or through some more reputable providers.
Thanks a lot Vayama, hope you have the financial performance you deserve.
