Only I would add more information ablout the order status for the Spanish orders

Im completely satisfied with my purchase. The service was fast, efficient and so was the delivery.

The website was easy to navigate with a choice of languages, payment methods were varied and included my preferred method, PAYPAL.
I ordered online and though they are an oversees company, the delivery was super prompt, well packaged.
The choice of products and ready availability meant my order was despatched promptly, with no waiting for Veclo to receive the goods from the manufacturer.
Definitely I will shop at Veclo again!

Quick and easy no nonsen

Prices are good and délivry was fast but not to the the adress. Think to indicate only one adress : I wanted do a present to m'y grandchildren and I noted m'y adress for billing but I would like à shipment to their address and all arrived to my address.

Everything went perfect, fast delivery, good price and awesome products! Our child is happy with his Chariot CX1!

To disadvise answers no e-mail after purchase it is to be lacking respect

I needed some spare parts for my Chariot bike trailer. Couldnt find them in Denmark and ordered from Veclo. Fast shipping and cheap freight. Unfortunately, prices were a little higher than in DK.

I was a bit uncertain that do I get on time my order and does all my ordered items come to Finland. After delivery, I was happy. I did receive all delivered items on time.
The biggest suprise to me was that delivery was faster than what finnish stores were promising.
Large choise of items in store is great!

After having passed an order, the délivery was very quick (3 to 4 days to france). But the packaging was a disaster, totaly destroyed. So I didn't accept the delivery and asked the forwarder to return the handling Unit.
I sent immediatily a mail to VECLO, i received an answer the 7th of sept which said: "Our customer service will handle it within 2 working days." Since the seventh sept, (we are the 16th) I never received any answer and the product has been paid. I sent two other mails without any answer.
Unnaceptable and no Customer oriented.

We ordered a bicycle carrier from Veclo and we got the product in a much sorter time that advertised (we live in Spain). The product was exactly what we expected. Fast and reliable service.

All perfect, only that if you send a e-mail, they don,t answer you.....

We were impressed by the speed of delivery. We ordered twice and both times it arrived very very fast. No complaints, everything was running smooth - from online order to delivery! Congratulations to Veclo team. Only negative thing is that we never got a reply on two of our emails we have sent to them.

Good price and fast delivery what do you expect more

I bought a chariot cougar 2 to a great price compared to buying it in Sweden. Delivery cost was low, I placed my order on a Thursday and it arrived at my door Monday morning! Only negative thing was that the tracking service on the parcel was unavailable and I was a bit worried that the package wouldn't arrive.
