My issue is with the Marketing and Advertising of USA Vein Screening. They advertise "FREE Vein Screening*" but it is not, it is a FREE 15 min consultation.

The billing department is a nightmare! I was quoted under $2k and they've billed over $55,000! Of course your insurance company will deny these claims and you'll have a heart attack when papers come i... See more

Writing a review of a consistently…

Writing a review of a consistently painful experience seems weird, but here goes.
I found my personal experience to be comprehensive, professional , and ultimately successful.
I didn’t begin the procedures with much hope for improvement in my life. I told Dr. Nadour I believed it to be a ‘crapshoot.’ However, the veins were taking over my legs & they had begun to hurt. I began treatment and discovered, after a few treatments, that I had an easier time getting in and out of my car. This has continued to be true post treatment.
The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 stars for my rating is due to circumstance. The Sonographer was ill, near the end of my planned treatments. In the scramble to reschedule patients, I was unable to get my final treatment for a full month. Ultimately, I cancelled that last treatment as I didn’t want to start over with healing up. I also experienced edema & hypertension in that month and felt the need for less stress in my life.

Everyone was very nice

Everyone was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable in the office. Almost 2 months out from my procedures and I feel and see a difference in my legs.

Everyone has been so helpful

Everyone has been so helpful, and courteous, explaining each procedure, before it's delivered. Describing, an injection, as a 'pinch' before each. Everyone is willing to answer any questions, successful vein procedures.

Dr. Singleton

Dr. Singleton and all of her staff were professional, caring and friendly. Very
pleasant environment. Dr. Singleton did a great job.

Although insurance covers procedures for one leg at a time, the only complaint would be that I wish more could have been done per leg on each visit.
